Set a reservation a week in advance for a truck, appliance dolly and a utility dolly. They did not have the appliance dolly available upon pick up. Instead of them actively trying to find me one they gave me 4 different U-Haul locations to call to see if anyone had one. I’m going to be charged the extra miles for driving to another location to pick up said dolly. I’d recommend Istorage on Alexander over this location

Was greeted at the from office desk with a smile followed up with excellent customer service. He guided me into my parking space and disconnected the trailer in one minute, and I was good to go!

The agent was pleasant and knowledgeable. We had not reserved a truck but they had one ready to go when we stopped to rent one.

Ok let me say first off, Jamal is an amazing person, he's understanding and overly helpful, I wouldn't go to no other place here in Baytown as long as he's there. 2+ years and he's never disappointed me and I'm grateful to have him here in the City.

Even though i log in and comply all necessary requirements on the UHaul APP for pick up only. I still went inside the store and ask again everything in the front desk. I told the guy i already complied to the app but he insisted i still need to do it. Also i was charge 25 dollars for cleaning fee but the truck was all clean when i returned it. Charges was not discuss on booking, but i was surprised when i the receipt was printed.

Jamal was very quick and efficient in providing great customer service. Straight to the point, easy to return, and I really enjoyed the personal interaction rather than having to go through the app. This will be my preferred U-Haul location for any future needs.

They tell me upon coming to the store that I couldn't rent a uhaul due to license restrictions and All workers came looking.

Small spiders coming out of the vents, cup holder and console. Reported to the staff she came out with a towel and spray and said it’s ants. Upon return, no response when told that I had to stop to purchase bug spray and Lysol to clean to rid the spiders. Still charged me full price. Never again!
