If you’re a person of color (black or brown)… don’t expect the blonde lady to help you… she will notice you, and then pretend to be busy by staring at the damn wall with her hands on her hips doing nothing. If you’re white, you probably will have the best customer service in the world. That lady needs to go because that store won’t stay in business any longer.
The young man who works there is amazing!!!! Give him a manager position and a raise immediately. He was very sweet and very friendly. He deserves more than 5 stars.

There is a racist, blonde lady there that helps only what she thinks are white people there…I witnessed her do it to people of color and a white guy that looked Hispanic…once again she thought he was brown…anyways, didn’t get her name but if I do I will repost this heffer’s name…the guy seems pretty good so 5 stars for him 🙂 I think I was there 8-10 minutes…

Went in to return an AT&T modem. Very friendly staff member helped me quick and with a smile. Other staff member was helping another customer and taking time to answer all that customer's questions. Very easy and enjoyable experience. Keep up the great work.

I have used this particular The UPS Store for making copies, having something notarized, and printing an attachment from emails. Every time the employees have been helpful and thorough and the pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend!

I sent my husband in too return to 2 pair of boots while I sat with my 5month old in the car, it was 4:57pm when my husband walked in. He came out at 4:59pm on the dot and told me I gave him the wrong QR code. So I went in with the boots I was at the door at 5:00pm. This big lady with dark curly hair, assuming it's the manager I've seen her before always a attitude. Looks at me through the door with the ugliest face telling me they are closed. Although my husband was just in there, I was trying to explain that through a window and she just stood there looking stupid. Just giving a heads up don't go right before they close, they will leave you at the door!

I’m not sure if it’s a UPS issue because they hire people with no sense or it’s a location problem, but this I know…I WILL NEVER mail anything UPS again. I will use FEDEx or the post office. I Mailed a package from this location on 1/22/2024. I paid for signature confirm and NEXT DAY arrival time noon on 1/23/2024. A total of $111.94. The package did NOT arrive until 1/25/2024 at 11:30am. So I paid for a service that didn’t happen. Fair enough, I was informed that I would get a refund. I was glad that the person received the package, and it wasn’t stolen or lost because that’s what I thought since I kept calling UPS and the STORE and all I got was stories as to where the package was no one could tell me when it was going to be delivered . I spoke to Vincent; Claim was filed etc etc. Today, 2/10/2024, I go to my mail box and find a check from UPS for $89.00. Are you crazy? Where is the rest of my money? Called the store at 130PM. I was told they are not sure why I got that amount refunded etc etc. I requested Vincent to call me. No call. The store is closed and no one got back to me. First of all, why could I have not had the refund returned to method of payment? Why was I waiting for a check? I want all my money. In this day and age, people are not picking up money off the ground. UPS or this location who ever is responsible is performing unethical business practices. Don’t cheat people of their money!!! The service was not provided; therefore, a FULL REFUND should be provided…I await a response.

Although very young the men and women at my local UPS store are very knowledgable and competent in the shipping business, I mentioned they were young adults, meaning they were more career orientated than let's say little stoner people working at a hamburger joint
