UPS should just sale out and close their doors for good! Every time I order something and it's shipped through UPS it's never and I mean never gets here on time. Even when you ship and pay for expedited shipping it never gets there in time. Can't wait to see UPS go out of business!

The customer service of a black man that this is is horrible, I asked him for his name to report it to the company and he refused, he said that he did not have to give me any of his information or his name, and he told me to go to another store. he was very rude they should fire him

I've been waiting on my package to be delivered since May 23rd. it was shipped UPS ground since May 21st from Laredo, TX. The status says that it's been sitting at the Baytown processing center all this time with no updates. I've called UPS and no one seems to be able to help me, and they can't even confirm that my package is here, they are just telling me that it is lost, but yet the tracking status says that it's at the Baytown facility..... DO BETTER UPS.
I just went to your Facebook page and they want me to go thought the claim process, I called the number listed on your FB page and all I get is a recording that can't give me a live representative. I went through the chat, and same thing only automated systems are taking my messages and my calls... IT'S FRUSTRATING!!!!

I wish I could leave ZERO stars because UPS SUCKS. I ordered a horse blanket that was supposed to deliver yesterday on the 12th. There is a hard freeze coming on the 14th and UPS sends me a notice that it won't deliver until the 18th! That's too late!! Here's the kicker, the UPS distribution center where my horse blanket is just sitting is 20 miles from my house! They are closed on Saturday so I can't go get it. This was an Amazon "get it tomorrow" purchase until UPS entered the picture. I am livid and super frustrated with these jerks. UPS, what a bunch of @$$h0!e$.

This is my first and last visit to this UPS Customer Service Center. The customer service here is the absolute worst! I walked in and soon the man that works here came out and he didn’t even acknowledge me. I’m the one who said hello and he reluctantly answered. He never asked me how he could help me. I gave him my DL and told him that I needed to pick up my package. He said he needed the tracking number (no eye to eye contact) which I showed him. He went to the back and left my box in the counter. If you don’t like your job then you need to quit and allow someone who actually wants to work, take the job. If your attitude sucks because of something you went through, go and fix your issues and come back to work or not. Customer service centers have no place for negative vibes especially since your income depends on your customers! You should treat your customers with the utmost respect and dignity especially if they’re courteous and polite. It was so bad that I’m in their parking lot writing this review…DO BETTER!!!!! Treat people right because you never know what could happen if you mistreat the wrong person at the wrong time! Again…DO BETTER!!!!!! Leave your personal issues at your house!
