This man has horrible customer service. I called him while I was at work at 1:45pm and told him I would be able to be there around 5:00 after I get off work. He then sends me a text saying he will be closing at 3:30 & provided later dates and times to bring in my device and I acknowledged his message. He then proceeds to harass me and call me repeatedly and then yell once I answer the phone and ask him to stop calling me. He then text me and calls me crazy. HORRIBLE. Proof in the pictures.

Horrible service they did an awful job on replacing my I phone screen a day after replaced the screen started lifting around the charging port and turning off and on when in use. I called the lady and she told me to come in just to find out she wanted me to pay another 150 bucks to replace my screen she just “replaced”. I will never use this place again I will recommend everyone somewhere else when needing phone fixing services. I wouldn’t piss on this place if it was on fire

Horrible people to work with they said they were gonna put a new screen and clean the ports of the phone and the phone wouldn’t charge the next day . They didn’t clean the phone they took screws off of my bottom and put after market . Do not go here they will try to shake you down on money and when you don’t take there price they say “ ok give me 85” these people are scammers and not good people to do business for

Fixed my iPhone 13 pro max and 3 days later my screen went out. Took back to place of business and they tried to charge me another 140$ instead of honoring their work. 0/10 would not recommend

DONT COME HERE !!! I’m out $240 I sent my tablet to get fix cause it had water damage. After leaving it they said it would be a couple of days and about two weeks of no call I called and they said it would be ready tomorrow’s that they will call. I’ve waiting and nothing so I let a week past and I called again and they said it would be ready by tomorrow so I didn’t believe it , i went over there myself and spoke to a guy and told him how I been calling him and asking the status he didnt know anything about so I assumed his wife didn’t tell him so he said it would be ready in two days and I did get a call and went over there and everything look fine the price was 175 at first but then he said $240 and added tax I was just over it and paid I really think they were just added whatever they wanted. So less than month of use when it gets to 30 percent battery or 20 percent it just cuts off. And the battery life is horrible on it.i highly recommend going somewhere else.

They’re going to scam you on your money. You pay for a service and then they end up not fixing the issue, I’ve called back multiple times and they just hang up after they know I’m the one calling. DO NOT COME HERE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU
