There is no professionalism in their work. They will loose your mail and really will not do anything especially if you order online. Most of their workers are always on their phones when mail is being delivered. Some mail goes to the wrong addresses. Other mail is lost. They simply do not care.

A year ago the service wasn’t as bad as today. This one guy treats people with sass and talks to me if I was slow. All I did was to drop off my packages and get a receipts but half of the packages I sent I don’t even get a receipt and one of them they haven’t been sent and it’s been two weeks already!! Honestly if you hate your job just quit there are other people who would love to have your job and honestly you don’t deserve it. No one will miss you anyway by the way you treat people. I hope everyone who had a bad experience here gets treated better in the other post offices than dealing with his crap.

Worst post office I have experienced and I avoid going at all costs. I go to UPS if I can help it. The staff here is terrible and go out of their way to be unhelpful. They are so rude that it feels like you are on candid camera or something but it is real life. I have been here 8 times and each time it is the same experience and they have signs everywhere asking for reviews... Not sure why as nothing changes.

I tried to return a package I had a QR code and this young lady scanned it and printed out the return label, but right after the she printed it she said right away they supposedly don't do those anymore, because from the website I ordered from says to return the package to the nearest usps and nothing else besides returning it to the store itself which is an hour away. I tried to ask why they don't do it anymore even when she literally just printed out the label, but all she kept saying is that they don't do it anymore repeatedly with an attitude, while I was simply trying to ask a question even when she kept interrupting me which seems like to me she just wanted to get rid of me, and I say that because I saw her do the same thing to another guy that was before me.

Took a package in on the 20th to have it returned, it's now the 29th and it still hasn't left the facility. Now I won't get a refund because they can't seem to do something as simple as a return.
You can tell what kind of service you'll be getting when you see the ghetto employees they keep around.

Very inconvenient that the outside mailbox is broken? Please tell mail carriers to stop walking through flower beds.

Very very disappointed , the staff are VERY rude , all (3) of them , with ugly attitudes , they are supposed to make the customer feel welcome , but instead made you feel uncomfortable and just decided to go to a different post office for help . Yall should def get better staff that actually love what they do . Only gave a star bc I had to for review , or else I would have not gave not even a star .

These people are rude and should not be in customer service! I know people that would love to have your job! The clerks at the service desk are rude and do not want to help Tyrone there yelled in my face! Very aggressive! If you do not like your position there is someone out there willing to replace you in a heart beat!

Went here on a Saturday morning to mail off my wedding invitations to friends and family in other states (+1 in Canada). I knew from previous experience that because I had wax seals on my envelopes, they would not be able to go through the machines.
I told the guy at the counter when I walked in that I knew this, and also asked about how many stamps I would need because I wasn't sure. He glanced at what I had, sighed heavily, and told me I would need at least two for all of the invitations I was sending (minus the one to Canada, which required a different kind). I ended up paying a bit over $30. He then smacked his hand with the stamp pages on the counter, handed me his non-machinable stamp, and told me to mark all of the envelopes myself after I put the stamps on. While I was doing this part of his job, he was all smiles and laughs with the other customers.
I went to a different post office today to mail off an additional invitation that I didn't get to send earlier, and I found out that I only needed ONE STAMP per envelope. I should have paid half as much as I did while I was there because the invitations did not weigh much at all, and the guy behind the counter basically didn't do his due diligence at all.
If you need to send something in the mail, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes over to the post office in La Porte. The people there are much kinder and much more helpful, and more importantly, won't charge you double for no good reason.

Post box in neighborhood has been broken and “on order” for 6 months now. They will not give an update when asked.
