Jennifer is HORRIBLE . Charged me 50$ for my lashes to last 2 days. LOL never going back. Then I called and want to say if I want a pedicure. This place SUCKS!! Don’t recommend and won’t ever go back

I DO NOT recommend this place for waxing. First off I had to have redo the wax because there was still hair on both my lip and chin when she was “done”. Secondly, when reapplying the wax it was hotter (which I did mention because SHE ASKED ABOUT THE TEMPERATURE) and it burned my lip; as a result I am now left with scarring. The only thing decent was the customer service she provided. I will not be returning.

I spent 2hrs for a pedicure I needed something fast and it took forever first and last time going here. They seemed very inexperienced. A lady next me said she was there over 2hrs and it was a French tip and she was upset with her set. And on top of that I got hounded to do Shellac nails. This is a service I want ! not what you tell me I’m going to do. I said no the first time I shouldn’t have to say no 10 different times.

Staff was very nice! But… I showed her a picture of a French tip nude color with black and silver, and they turned out pink! Either no silver, and the black was smudged and didn’t even clean up bottom of my nails, I been here multiple times and love them but today I’m very very disappointed and unhappy, and of course I thought the pink was going to die down after drying and when i noticed they didn’t it was too late to do anything and I payed 60$ for something i absolutely dislike, and theses are for prom not happy on how theses turned out, very sloppy work! 😞

The first time I went, the service was good but expensive. However, the second time was horrible. I had two new people—one man and one woman—who cut my skin, leaving both my hands and feet in pain. I spent over two hours there, and after they messed up, someone else came to try to fix it, which took even more time. In the end, the service was still overpriced. I paid $80 for a terrible job, and despite all the stress—especially being eight months pregnant—I wasn’t even offered a discount. That was my second and last time going there

Won’t Ever Be back , Walked In asking for French Tip and Short , She stated to me that they would Be 45$ Another lady walked Over and stated They will be 65$ After they went back and forth the lady said it’s okay I’ll do for you for 45$ because I stated it was also my birthday coming up I just wanted my nails done for my birthday 🥹but Trina over charge me after the lady said “ it’s okay I do for you” is just diabolical

I don’t get my nails done often. First time coming to this place. The lady named Jennifer did my nails. I expected her to clean or cut my cuticles. So I thought maybe she would do them eventually and by the time I remembered it was too late. So I thought ok not a big deal. But now I realize if I run my fingers through my hair the nails get caught because they were placed over my cuticle. It was around $60. They looked ok. But now two days after I got them done I realize this was a very poor job.

I have been going here for years but over the years that have gotten so bad. I went on on 10/7/24 didn't like the shape or the nails I got wetness back to have them fixed. They fixed the shape but now my nails look like they have grown out already and it's only been a day. I will be going somewhere else to have them fixed or removed and getting a whole new set. I will not be going back.

Went in to get pedicures with my mom and sister. We were excited to have a girls day since my mom came from out of town. BEFORE we even went into the salon we asked how much it was for a pedicure. They stated $30. We got FOUR pedicures (#2 - $37)
Once they tallied up the total she said $51 for each pedicure. Which made no damn sense!
My niece who is 11 got one. We asked why it was $51 and they could not give us an explanation. We told them exactly what we wanted and they definitely took advantage and overcharged us. If you look at my pictures this is definitely not worth a $50 pedicure. The nail polish isn’t even or cleaned up, I also asked the lady 3/4 times to do an overlay since some of my toe nails were shorter. The lady who was doing my toes said “no it’s okay” how are you going to tell me how I want my toes! Horrible experience
We will not be going back.

So so so rude I have never in my life felt more embarrassed I will never go back again I walked in to get a refill the guy moved me 3 times then when he asked what color he filled down my nail then said they don’t have the color then moved me again to put a top coat on what he had filled down I will not be back again that was just so so rude and embarrassing

Be careful with place Will not be returning they need to listen to the customers !!when I first walk in, I told them I just wanted to get my toes done Polish ….no pedicure !!etc. the lady put it on there anyway and try to charge me for the price $50 something dollars won’t be going back I just thought that was rude. not listening and doing what they want to do.

Please stay away.... They ripped the nail on my big toe away from the skin. I limped out of there with blood dripping from my toe. Had to have a surgical procedure in order for it to heal. Tried to call them several times to inform that I wanted a refund....( the least they could do) I was very nice and requested to speak with the owner or manager.... The person was very rude and hung up. Keep walking No stars is my rating!!!!
