Verizon is nothing but a bunch of liars. I purchased a 16 Pro Max, a couple of months ago I done a trade in. I was not aware. I would have to keep the service for three years with them in order to get the credit nothing but a scam and a bunch of liars.

Today 11/18 I came I to try to get a refund on the internet I’ve been getting charged for but never had.
Manager had me wait for one of her reps to speak to them about it.
I waited 45 mins to one of them to be free while she was stood around doing nothing.
While she knew my goal from the beginning all for the rep to say refunds need to be handled through customer service over the phone.
These people love to waist others time.

Went there because I was notified by Verizon that they had a better plan for me. The rep was all excited and said I can save you a lot of money on your bill. He got on his tablet, or whatever they use, and told me he was looking for the best promotion. Very excited to be helping me. Then he tells me he can save me $ 4.00 if I buy and new phone. I told him I didn't want a new phone. His attitude suddenly changed after me saying no new phone. I did leave there saving $ 12.00 a month but felt like because I chose not to get new phone he really just wanted me gone. I wanted a new case for my daughter's phone but decided I could get that somewhere else.

Went in and they told me I'd have to change everything to get a great trade in. They gave me to a trainee and he had no help. I wished I went to see CJ over in Pearland.

The staff here are rude and dont go by the queue line but rather service people they know over strangers coming in needing assistance.

I went to the Verizon store last week after I lost my phone, was greeted and told the clerk of my situation. There I was told I owed money on my phone I had insurance but needed a phone for work to make along storie short the clerk was telling me I needed to pay an crazy amount and upgrade from my other line . Turns out I went to another store and they hooked me right up, Beware these idiots don’t cared and only care to push to make a sale
