Wow how things have changed here and not for the better. Verizon has made it possible to have so much security that they can't even get into your account for you. And when they can't they just send you home. Literally had to close my account so I can reopen it at a later time. It's mind boggling. ??? ?

Employees don't know anything about advertised deals. Tried to charge me $245. Called Verizon and only had to pay upgrade fee $80. No charge for phone. Store is a ripoff.

Hostile worker was sooo rude. Refused to help and told me to leave since she did not want to help me. My granddaughter was upset from the episode. She did not understand why she acted that way since I was calm and did not sink to her level.

Trash!!!!!! They are holding my paid for phones. Refuse to give them to me. Customer service said I’m clear and they have no right to hold them. They will probably have two new phones on me. Trash service

After 20 years of service with Verizon they said that they couldn't help me with getting an upgrade on my phone. They wanted me to pay for 1/2 of a new phone, just to get a new upgrade. I guess Verizon is going to be losing my business

Agent Diana resolved the phone/app/account problem that I've been wrestling with ever since I added a line in October of 2022. I've tried working with the CHAT option several times, but I couldn't seem to figure out exactly what was wrong so I could explain it to the CHAT agent.

My husband went there today to ask for help due to some charges being made to our account. Tell me why this heffer told my husband that that’s the way Verizon changes people due to billing cycles. Guess what??!!! She was incorrect I just called Verizon and received a credit for being over charged. It was a simple solution that could’ve been handled there yet, I had to handle it due to someone’s unwillingness to research the issue and find a solution. Verizon get it together on your customer service I was about go elsewhere thinking there was not a solution to our issue. We’ve been a loyal customer for 10 plus years.
