Everyone is so nice and helpful. We go to Visionworks every year. They are always trying to get us the most out of our insurance benefits and try to get us the best deal. That's why I go back every year.

My new French bulldog ate my frame up. I found the lenses under my bed , took them back to visionworks bought the frame for 1/2 price and was soon on my way. Quick and professional. Vision Works Works!!!! I can see again.

When dealing with a remake situation, I was allowed to take my time making a new selection. I received expert advice during this process. Although, the particular frame was suggested, she made sure I was comfortable with the decision. I was shown compassion regarding my ultimate frame selection.
