Walgreens has been my pharmacy all of my life, and my parents' before that. I've always trusted them with my pharmaceutical needs and will continue to do so. I also purchase items from the store as needed since their prices are reasonable, and they usually have what I'm looking for while shopping at a drug store - from over the counter drugs to beauty products.

the pharmacist was rude and refused to help me fully understand the meds that i got . and the other worker (her lil buddy) was trying to rush me on which medication to choose due to the fact that they were trying to charge me for something the hospital told me they wouldn’t .completely rude . worst pharmacy i’ve been too the only person who cared to listen n help me was this alternative pharmacy lady she was amazing and deserves a raise dealing with those two others .

The good there is good. Then unfortunately you've got the ones who play games and tricks on handicapped disabled Seniors as myself. So obvious too. Thanks for welcoming me into the neighborhood in a cruel hateful way. Anyone that does such horrible sinful crimes needs locked up in jail. I know one thing without doubt The Almighty God and His Kingdom are watching you and ready to judge each and every one of us. Oh not me I'm sealed with eternity. SHAME ON YOU. THE ONE'S WHO PLAY HATEFUL GAMES.

Absolute nightmare of a pharmacy. Avoid if at all possible. Every single time I come to to pick up or try to fill a prescription it's a whole run around. Not even controlled substances, just normal medications.

How long does it take to get someone to come to the drive through window for a Covid test? Answer: at least 15 minutes! We never got tested. We left after the long a** wait. Went inside anti chew them outside and no one around, customers in line waiting. My mother in law is in the hospital intubated so we really wanted to get tested. Go somewhere else. The pharmacy staff thinks it's a party inside.

The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. I work for insurance company and member called us to get her medications refilled because they put her on hold for 2 time periods of 15 minutes before hanging up on her and she really needed her medications badly. Once I called I was hung up on 3 times after being on hold for over 10 minutes each time. She tried to do it a 4th time but I had literally beg her not to put me back on hold again. A grievance has been filed against this pharmacy for basically refusing to refill a customers medications.

17NOV21 - Pharmacy tech had the worst attitude of any employee ever encountered and I am in customer service. Voice call about pick up at 130p never said anything about lunch at that time. Gate was still open and I was there at 128p but instead of handing me my filled prescription that would have taken 1min...I had to endure his rabid defence of their sacred lunch hour (of 1 min later) and that he can show me the posted signs about lunch. I told him he can stop talking and just give me my written prescription back. But he insisted on rabbiting on about the lunch rules. Called me rude...but he was the only one talking. I hope you don't mishandle my prescription since I did not get to collect it due to spite on your part. I am not sure whom he was posturing for but it was wasted...you looked like a fool and made yourself late for lunch. Never thought to experience this at a Walgreens.

They continued to refill my prescriptions three months at a time and I continually told them one month at a time. They said it was a computer override. I told them to get the computer to pay for it. The pharmacy drive through opens anywhere from 9 AM to 9:20.
