I know that it is on a Sunday but the pharmacy is just very slow. My Dr called and placed an order for some meds. I am in bad pain. Said it should ould be ready for pickup in about 1 hours. I arrive at the pharmacy at above 1:30. They hadn't even started on the meds and are going to lunch. The meds should be ready at about 3:00. The don't care about a person sitting around in pain and have to run back and forth to the pharmacy.nnot really pleased with Walgreens pharmacy right now. I understand that everyone has to eat but to take 2 1/2 hours to get the meds prepared is outrageous. I could have just drove down to the VA and it would of been done a lot faster.

Absolutely worst customer service and pharmacy ever calling them and waiting on them takes atrociously too long not to mention the pharmacy staff attitudes and lack of proper etiquette rude and cold behavior and lack of remorse for the fact medicine is a serious thing that needs to be handled and communicated properly not by workers who don’t look like they want to work there and look like they hate their own job this is not the first time this has happened and it is honestly outrageous.

I can only say that the pharmacy service is horrible. Since Thursday, April 3rd, my doctor sent me my medicines. Today is the 6th, it's 9:20 at night and my prescription is still not ready I've tried to call and I've had more than an hour waiting and they don't answer the phone at any time. The truth is, I'm going to try to find another pharmacy. Something like this has never happened to me. 🥲

Kept me on hold until it was time for their lunch. I waited 20 minutes. Then got told they were at lunch at 1:30 after listening to that god-awful music for 20 minutes since a little after 1 PM

The pharmacy at this store is horrible. I was out of town and had to pick up a prescription at this store but they took so long I had to have it pulled to another location. However while I was waiting I met some of the sweetest people at the front. Rose was amazing and she and I had such a good conversation that I forgot how upset I was about my prescription for a moment. The manager that night was very sweet and compassionate. I was on the aisle confused about what to purchase since I couldn’t get my prescription right away and she made some great suggestions. I believe her name was Princess or maybe Precious. The five stars go to those two employees because they really made my shopping experience better. The pharmacy gets no stars.

One of the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. They only ever have one technician. Wait time is about an hour drive thru or inside the store, regardless if there’s people in front of you or not.
