If I could give zero I would. The most rude workers I have ever spoken to. Ordered an item BOGO did not receive it it. Called the store and was laughed at. I did not put 2 of the item in my cart thinking I would end up with 4 and I would automatically get the second one. Nope. But the rudeness is what put it over the top for me.

Need to hire more people to wait on customers. They only had one person waiting on customers and she had to wait on the drive thrualso...30 minutes wait time. Professional service !!

Coleman was such a wonderful customer service person. he should be rewarded. I had called four other Walgreens for a prescription that I could not find. All the other stores did not offer to help me in any way to find it. some of them I had to wait on hold for 45 minutes and one never did answer after an hour of waiting. he went above and beyond to help me. I so appreciate him and his help please reward him in whatever way you. can he deserves it

Pharmacy won't return phone calls or messages to Dr calling in a script from a virtual appointment. 24 hrs later I had to call Dr back to get him to blow up the phone a demand to talk to pharmacist yet to only be sent to voice-mail again.

I needed help to find a product, the girl who was working there was 2 aisles away, when I told her I can’t locate what I need she told me that she can’t leave her place and I have to find it my self, totally unprofessional!

I would leave no stars if I could I make a appointment for my vac and they take walk ins over appointments. Over an hour and a half wait for what reason? Why have an appointment system if you don’t use it!

I ordered a canvas from here and was notified at 1:58 pm that it was ready for pick up. I showed up at 2:40 for someone named Aries to walk up slowly while texting on her phone to tell me “it’s not ready.” I informed her that I received a text stating it was was ready and even showed it to her and she rolled her eyes and rudely said “well it’s not my fault…it’s the system.” I asked to speak with a manager and she said she WAS the manager and rolled her eyes again. I informed her I would be calling a higher up and her respond was well my name is Aries. The fact that the picture wasn’t ready wasn’t the issue…the issues is this person has a terrible attitude and does not care in the least bit about the service that’s provided. What’s worse is she’s part of your leadership team.

The customer service at the pharmacy is as bad as it gets.They’ll sit around chatting and leave you at the window for 5-10 minutes before even acknowledging you. Then they seem more concerned with trying to find a reason not to give you your prescription than doing their job.
