Any other time this location will always get five stars. The last three times I visited the same sales associate was at the counter, no greeting, you walk up, they start scanning your merchandise, they tell you what the total is and they give you your receipt, no thank or anything. Maybe call me spoiled because I'm been living here for 10 plus years, and i always get the same customer service. The second visit I even looked up and said how are you today? I even thank you after being given my receipt. Maybe I just need to lower my expectations.

There’s no such thing as customer service anymore, computers have done away with it. I do auto refill and it’s hit and miss, I make several trips a month to get my meds. Sad part is drive through or inside are both very busy because they need more help. They text your meds are ready when you get there they’re not. So you sit in line sick and feeling bad to find out.🤒🤮

I was trying to load cash onto my wife's cash app and they said she needed to be present with ID which I understand, but then I tried to purchase a pack of cigarettes (without her present) literally my own personal purchase and they said they need her ID as well when she WAS NOT THERE with my own cash. I'm in my 30s shes late 20s btw, the state of Texas does not require all party identification and that's legally specified and I was an individual.

DON’T USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!! Been working away from home for the past month. Had a prescription sent here and it’s been 3 weeks and they still haven’t filled it! I keep calling them and they just keep telling me “call tomorrow”. Absolutely ridiculous!

As popular as Baytown is, this place needs more than 1 drive-thru window. I sat in line for 45mins, anytime I go inside, it's just as bad.

Spent 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru today. I called to ask the manager about it. Please offered me to come inside that there was no line. I said I would rather go through the drive-thru. When I get up to the window to get my meds the pharmacist gets on the speaker and says we're working as fast as we can we have a line in here we have a line out there and we're moving as fast as we can. Do you need to be patient. One car was there for literally 20 solid minutes.

This is the closest Walgreens to me and I get more helpful service at the one on Garth and Birdsong. If there is a printer in the back why wasn’t I given the option to send my Fedex paper there or get it printed out so I can get my package delivered? The other location gave me that option and that really helped me out considering it was a holiday and I work long hours so am not able to get out to do important things sometimes without having to take off from work. I started to ask but if someone doesn’t offer they obviously don’t care to help…
