Had a screw in my tire stopped in the tire center at 3:45 today. I stood in line for 30 minutes while people who could help just walked by. They took two hours to patch a flat tire. Couldn't figure out how to balance the thing. Got my truck stuck on the lift while they scratched their heads. Couldn't figure out why it wouldn't go in reverse because they set the parking break, backed out and almost hit a truck. Oh and they forgot to put the hub cap back on

i was in need of a candle asap because my son was extremely gassy and so i went to this establishment in search of one.. This is surely shocking but the candles smelt worse than the foul oder coming from my sons buttocks! i smelled, sniffed, and savored but the more candles i inhaled the worse it became! i have never been so disappointed as i was that day! i am only giving this place two stars because i was able to buy some febreeze that masked the rotten smell from my sons smooth and soft behind. i am very unsatisfied and my daughters are enraged! walmart please get better candles for families like me with stinky winky deliciously smelly boys like mine.

I will never go to this Walmart again, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Around 7:30pm on 4/12/2021 they had only two lines open, one of them was a regular checkout which they turned off their light and the other was a 20 item or less checkout. I had a full cart of groceries in the line I was already standing in when she said she can't check me out because her line was closed, she told me to go to the other checkout which was a 20 item or less, all the customers in that line were getting frustrated and mad because I was standing in that line with a full cart, I was so embarrassed and had to keep telling them that this was the only line that was opened and the other cashier told me I had to go to this line. After going back and forth between the two lines like three times I finally reached my boiling point, the cashier once again told me that her line was closed and I explained to her that everyone in the 20 item or less line was getting mad at me because I had a full cart, and her response was well I'm off work and I have to go home, I said there's a lot of other employees walking around the store, can't you get one of them to open up another line to check me out? After dealing with this situation for a half hour my husband and I finally went to the self checkout area and asked the employees there if we could check ourselves out because no one else was willing to do it, they said yes and one of them went and got us another cart so we could finally checkout spending nearly $400 for everything just to give you an idea on how full my cart was. This was beyond ridiculous and embarrassing and they need to start teaching their employees more about costumer service and teach them that the most important part isn't only to make sure that all their costumers are happy but to also make sure they're all are taken care of in checked out before you choose to go home!! My advice to Walmart is if you're going to close down to only one line in the evening, make sure it's a regular checkout and not a 20 items or less checkout, it doesn't take a freaking genius to realize that not everyone will be cool with that if the other customers have over 20 items. DO BETTER WALMART ON HIGHWAY 146 in BAYTOWN TX!!!!

What is the point of these machines if they can only be used when a person is working in the photo department? They ended up making me to ship a puppy because of it. Then after someone was suppose to be there, nobody could be found and the machines were in an updating mode. I figured out how to exit and printed my pictures.

I really like this particular Walmart. Granted, I do most of my shopping at Target but this is one of the better stores in the Houston area in my opinion. The store is always clean and organized. I like the layout and I've never had any trouble in finding what I need. There always seems to be more than enough checkout counters available as I've never had to wait. Thank you for adding a lot of self checkout counters as that is what I usually take advantage of. I think this store has come a long way in improving some of the early complaints by reviewers. I don't come here often but in the event that I needed something from Walmart, I would not hesitate to come back to this location.

It's 7pm on a Saturday only 2 registers open. Disappointing. And Yelp needs to let us say what's upsetting us without a minimum word count. Walmart sucks.

I would give this store 0 stars if possible, I called to check an item number, and see if it was in stock (I needed 12) , I had the Walmart item number in hand, I reached the operator and she said she couldn't look up the number but she could transfer me to the department. After being on ignore (hold) for 14min 37 sec I called back, she the transferred me to CUSTOMER SERVICE (what dose that mean?) well they told me that they cant look up items at all (this is customer service right?) so I asked to speak to the store Manager or the operating manager at the time, the CUSTOMER SERVICE rep transferred me there.....on hold for another 11min 18sec and I finally hung up....... customer service??? they didn't even need to go get the item number, I already had it!!! Just punch it in and let me know how many the computer says you have......not too hard but I guess that's just not within the scope of "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I rarely go to Walmart. The little savings are not worth it. I go maybe once or twice a year. My kids have sessions at mathnasium across the street so I find myself with an hour to kill. I've been attempting to run errands in this hour. Every time I go I go around the time people are getting off work ..5-7. I have gone about 5 times in the past two weeks. During this super busy time it is always only one or 2 regular registers open with ridiculously long lines. Self check out is always free. I will definitely find some other way to kill time from now on..

I recently came in and purchased 196 worth of goods, they were giving me a hard time over a $1 coupon...because of this I wanted to speak to a manager and sat on hold for about 10 minutes never came...so I returned all $196 worth of stuff...will not be back in there...as a side note the girl at the front was very nice and returned everything to me no questions asked. But I will never be back
