They did the service that I asked for but didn’t like the interaction they gave me. Ask for an envelope for my money order and they said didn’t have envelopes for that.Every month when I go to others Woodforest locations always give me one and manner more friendly.

3 stars because the location is convenient for me but as soon as my needs are met in this area I plan to permanently close my account here and withdraw all of my cash. If you plan to make a large cash withdrawal, make sure you insist that the teller count your cash back to you. Do not trust their word that the money was ran through the mechanic counter. Had I not insisted she counted my money in front of me, the teller would have pocketed $2,000 cash and blamed it on a "honest mistake". Maybe it was a mistake but I don't see how you can accidently place a banded $2,000 in a drawer. Just be careful with the staff at this location.

Not my usual type of business I review. No food items..but the customer service is fantastic! And the staff are always smiling and friendly. I rarely have a need to visit. Their mobile banking app has simplified most banking needs. But every time I've needed to walk through their doors they've resolved my issues in a timely manner.

Where do I start with Woodforest. They are the most outdated bank I have done business with. The only way to activate their debit cards to to go to a branch and use the atm. There was fraud on my debit card, my account was drained, they only caught 2 of the smaller transactions, and reversed them. They said I would have to do a dispute for the rest of the charges even though they were only minutes apart. They make you come in to a branch and sign forms about the fraud, this took me about 30 minutes in the branch. They told me I would get the money back in 3-5 days. That's not the norm, first off. I called back in 4 business days to check on the status to find out the papers were never "sent in" from the branch I visited, so they can't process my money back to me. The customer service "manager" couldn't get ahold of the branch I signed papers at, so they have to request the papers electronically. I was on the phone for 25 minutes while she tried to get someone in the branch to answer the phone, just for her to tell me she couldn't help me today because no one would answer the phone at that branch. Then she continued to question me as if I never went in and signed the papers. They said they do not have to give me any type of provisional credit for the next 10 days and they will get back to me. This bank is a joke.
