Ur not gonna get more reliable and fast internet anywhere where else. Don’t waste ur time at team mobile and get the run around when you can switch teams like I did and now and trouble free. Thanks Xfinity for setting me and my family up in our first home

Probably one of the worst companies ever…. I keep calling because I purchased the 1gig and I can’t even access things like YouTube! And it’s on the phone. My TV is not even open apps to watch anything… $110 for internet that doesn’t even work…

So I have been in my apartment for a year and I’ve decided to leave out at my end of my term lease so I came up here to have it disconnected , the first lady was so rude and inconsiderate when I was explaining to her that a twit card is a federal ID, even though they don’t use them it still is and she was extremely rude and inconsiderate to what I was telling her that she had someone else come over, help me with disconnection,Fatima ! is a very rude person and acts like she knows it all, but I’ve got news for her. A delusional deception is a serious psychosis , however-
And Christina did great ! She totally understood what I was talking about

To be honest the store is better that there phone service customer service . Overall this company has the worst customer service. The phone service is decent, they claim Verizon network but Verizon gives them lower tier service than the real Verizon. Most important is there customer service, there the company that bills you for stuff you don’t need to paying for. Then when you try to tell them they’re too dumb to fix the problem. Stay away from this company.

I finally successfully dropped Xfinity Mobile, this is a day I should celebrate yearly. It’s going to be a holiday for me. It was like a bad relationship I couldn’t get out off. Stay away from this company, worst customer service. They will disconnect your phone randomly and not support you when you need help over there mistakes.The store has been helpful but the customer support over the phone doesn’t care . Try it and find out for yourself don’t say I didn’t warn you.

The absolute worst experience with the managers at this location. I have been going on two months of trying to get them to resolve a $649 charge to my mobile account. Both managers Noah and Leo have completely stopped responding to my text and calls, they never followed up with me. I had to visit the store at least 6 times for them to be of no assistance. My phone line has been disconnected due to this charge being placed on my account. All because the warehouse cannot locate the phone I returned to them in store as I was told to do. I have all the screenshots of the text messages from both managers admitting that this is one hundred percent an Xfinity error but nobody is resolving the issue. DO NOT get mobile service with them! The service is horrible and customer service is non existent. I will be filing a BBB complaint against Xfinity and providing every bit of correspondence I have of xfinity admitting this is one hundred percent their error and the charges on my account are not valid yet they have stopped responding to me or resolve the issue. Worst experience I have ever had. I was so patient and friendly for two months while I was assured they would resolve this and now they have blocked me and will not respond.

Very upset. We came in to set up wifi only. We were told all about the mobile which is a great service but we were also given false information that has seriously hurt us financially. We were told that we could transfer service easily from Verizon which we did. Very quick and easy process. Saved a bunch in the process. All great. However, we were told we would still make our device lease payments monthly to Verizon until it's paid off. Makes sense. Was not the case. We woke up to a surprise $700 charge for the phone. Verizon won't do anything about it. Xfinity says they have no information even though they were the ones who told us that and convinced us to switch over. Now we are out all this money with no options. Very, very upset.

Xfinity internet service is really poor, internet service goes out so much, so frequently and when they always say it'll be back in a certain time, it never does and takes a lot longer. Can't wait for AT&T to be in our area already.
