The absolute worst experience with the managers at this location. I have been going on two months of trying to get them to resolve a $649 charge to my mobile account. Both managers Noah and Leo have completely stopped responding to my text and calls, they never followed up with me. I had to visit the store at least 6 times for them to be of no assistance. My phone line has been disconnected due to this charge being placed on my account. All because the warehouse cannot locate the phone I returned to them in store as I was told to do. I have all the screenshots of the text messages from both managers admitting that this is one hundred percent an Xfinity error but nobody is resolving the issue. DO NOT get mobile service with them! The service is horrible and customer service is non existent. I will be filing a BBB complaint against Xfinity and providing every bit of correspondence I have of xfinity admitting this is one hundred percent their error and the charges on my account are not valid yet they have stopped responding to me or resolve the issue. Worst experience I have ever had. I was so patient and friendly for two months while I was assured they would resolve this and now they have blocked me and will not respond.

Very upset. We came in to set up wifi only. We were told all about the mobile which is a great service but we were also given false information that has seriously hurt us financially. We were told that we could transfer service easily from Verizon which we did. Very quick and easy process. Saved a bunch in the process. All great. However, we were told we would still make our device lease payments monthly to Verizon until it's paid off. Makes sense. Was not the case. We woke up to a surprise $700 charge for the phone. Verizon won't do anything about it. Xfinity says they have no information even though they were the ones who told us that and convinced us to switch over. Now we are out all this money with no options. Very, very upset.

Xfinity internet service is really poor, internet service goes out so much, so frequently and when they always say it'll be back in a certain time, it never does and takes a lot longer. Can't wait for AT&T to be in our area already.

Tired to remove the $25 a month modem rental to save money, they charge $30 month if you have your own modem. That should be illegal. Seems like price gouging and that is illegal. Will be so glad when Tachus, Optimum, Frontier or AT&T comes to town. Then we will have fixed rates, better reliability and no more cable modem issues!!!!
Always having internet issue, just got home after a long day and the internet is not working again. Hopefully AT&T or Tachus will be here soon.

Would give you zero stars but I had to write this but what’s really going on with the internet since the storm my internet been going in and out for long periods of time since July 19 why for what reason what are you guys working on I never see any trucks in the area so why these service interruptions currently looking for service elsewhere can’t take it anymore and by the way I’m a gold member and the link you sent me is faulty I’ve been trying to contact someone all day

It's been two weeks since the natural disaster Beryl but Xfinity has not resolved outages/technical issues. This is haphazard if you work from home and/or only use streaming services. Our internet continues to be periodically disrupted for hours, during different parts of the day. Is that an outage, or a technical issue? Because telephone numbers are associated with your account, they will automatically filter your call to an automated system that excludes the ability to speak to a representative.

My Xfinity wifi goes out EVERY SINGLE DAY and they do not fix it, do not provide a real time frame on when it will be fixed. When calling to contact the store or customer service you’re just met with automated messages and no option to speak with anyone. By far the WORST home internet I have ever had. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
Do not get Xfinity if you’re looking to actually have and be able to use your internet.
Would not recommend at all.

This place is terrible, I had to wait almost 40 minutes after arriving to be attended to and then almost all the people who arrived were attended to and they didn't call me at all. I don't recommend it. It's terrible and apart from that, you ask if it's time for your turn and they ignore you.

Absolute TRASH service provider! Customer service agents are lier's and could care less about how the random outages since Beryl are affecting its customers! Trust the reviews Xfinity Internet is horrible! Good luck actually speaking to a representative.
