Came in for a ring inspection and cleaning. Grace’s customer service was excellent - she was prompt and very friendly. In about 10 minutes I had a sparkling ring back on my hand and a wonderful experience!

I will say that this is the easiest process to buy a ring. Claire spent extra time and dedication my wife needed trying on every ring in the store. The finance process also took less than 5 minutes to complete. Thanks again for taking care of us like family. 10/10 would recommend seeing Claire.

I've been coming to this Zales for 3 years now and since day 1 the experience was GREAT and they ALL give WOW customer service!!! All the ladies has had their chance of helping me and I just love them ALL. Their like family now and always welcomes me with warm welcomes and opened arms.
My recent experience was I wanted my upgrade ring and Whitney definitely went ABOVE and BEYOND to get it for me with it being the LAST ring at another store that had it. She not only got my ring, but it was on time for Christmas!!!!
I want to THANK each and everyone of the ladies for their amazing service!!! Definitely my favorite store and people!!!
