Very on point and quick to resolve any issues. I have personally had storage at this location at least 15-20 years. I also had storage at their other locations.

I’ve had a unit at this storage facility since 2008, So the name has changed and so has the owners. But I can definitely say the last few years I’ve been very unhappy with the new company. There’s only one way in and out, use to be two and I have a climate control unit and it’s never really climate especially in the summer. If it’s 90° outside, believe me when I tell you it’s gonna be 90° or hotter when you walk in a building that’s supposed to have your items in a climate control area and it’s been plenty of times when the A/C unit is broke and I never received one notice about it. So think about it if you have some very delicate items that stored in your unit and they don’t notify you and it goes bad because the unit to being out for a week or two weeks or longer. So they get two stars just because of the location

I like 1st Choice Storage. Office staff is always ssooo nice and polite. I had a problem with my door not closing properly and maintenance fixed it the same day.
