First time in the store. Very clean and neat. The sales associate was very helpful. They didn't have what I wanted in stock but she offered to order it online.

We have never had a negative experience at this store until today. Today the beaumont 5.11 had two employees working, one lady and one man. I stood at the register for several minutes, walked around where the lady was sitting on the floor working with her headphones in. She said nothing to me. The man walked out and I was able to ask him if they could get us the item we were looking for. He did some searching and went to the back and couldn’t find what we needed. He offered to order for us. Finally at this point the lady asks rudely what we are needing. She did get up and go look for the ones that they thought was in stock. She came back later and said nothing, he asked, they didn’t have them. I told him what i wished to order and ship from another store. She loudly states you can’t do that those are clearance items. I asked if the ones from the other store could be transferred… no reply.. i asked again no reply.
I asked a third time still no reply. The man wrote down what we could order ourselves and we left.
Lady gets 0 stars
The man gets 5.
Maam take your headphones off and help your customers.

I went in looking for tactical boots for work. The gal that assisted me was phenomenal! She helped me find the right fit, and ensured I was pleased before I left the store. She even helped me find an appropriate Polo shirt! I wish every trip everywhere was this pleasant! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!!! Thank you for doing it right!!!

Great store! Never been to it before but I'll for sure be back. Was greeted promptly and Ms Jessy was amazing. Took her time telling me about all the product and explaining all the features. Very knowledgeable young lady. She really made my day. I left knowing I got exactly what I needed to get the job done.

Not accomodating. They were cordial but not accomodating. Everything I requested they didn’t have. They don’t carry larger sizes. The customer service rep said if there was something that they usually carry but they don’t have, she won’t order it and told me to order it myself. It’s a nice store with potential, but I have a huge pet peeve for customer service reps that don’t offer good customer service. I will never return.

Love this place. High quality stuff, great service and always clean. The only issue is finding my size. Not enough for us big guys. I hate shopping online but sometimes that is my only option.

I've been going since it opened in Beaumont Texas! Stephanie is the Bomb and the staff is always friendly! I've purchased Benchmade knives , backpacks , pants , shirts, literally I've spent thousands in there and will continue to spend my money because of the friendly staff ! Thanks 5.11

Went into this store at first and looked. I was greeted and was asked what I was looking for and I said I was wanting Timberland boots. They didn't have them. They had boots that were nice and fit really well. I put them back and then went into the mall and looked and didn't have wanted. Then I went back and bought the boots. It was a wonderful experience and will go back in the future when I need more boots.
