Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Behavior and Racism
I’ve been a loyal customer of 7-Eleven for the past 4 years, and I’ve never had a bad experience—until now. During my recent visit, I was treated with shocking rudeness and a disrespectful attitude by a staff member. What made it even worse was that their behavior clearly showed signs of racism, which is absolutely unacceptable and deeply hurtful.
As someone who has supported this store for years, I never expected to be treated so poorly. No customer should have to face discrimination or feel unwelcome because of their background. I’m extremely disappointed and hurt by this experience.
Because of this incident, I’ve decided I will no longer be visiting 7-Eleven. I strongly urge the company to take such matters seriously and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve—regardless of race or background.

Ordered a hot pizza and drink thru Uber eats. Waited for 30 minutes. When driver showed up, all she had was a drink. I was told they told her they were out of pizzas. She said they notified Uber eats but they did not. I had to fight to get a refund thru Uber eats since they show the pizza and drink were still on the order. I called the store and was told by a lady that they were still frozen and the machine was broken to cook the pizzas. 2 hours later after I got out of work I went by and there were pizzas the the man working behind the counter said the machine was working fine. Good luck keeping that location open as the only other one closed down as well.

I ordered online and bought 6 items and only got 4 items it was 2 sodas 2 energy drinks and 2 packs of cigarettes and didn’t get the cigarettes

This wasn’t a horrible experience. Jackie and the other employee hung up on me numerous times. I ordered through door dash I was missing several items. I refused the order t.. the dasher begged me to call the store. I called Jackie confirmed I did not get 1/2 my $93.00 order. She said she would send the remaining items. Babe did not when I called back they hung up on me. Horrible, terrible service . I will NEVER order from them again. I’ve never been treated so disrespectful…. Very sad because I’ve used 7 eleven for awhile now…. This one experience has ruined their reputation for ever.

Very disrespectful and apparently I had it out for her as soon As I walked in girl I didn’t even look twice at you and she didn’t even wait on me but I had a attitude. I didn’t say one word to herBut please believe disrespecting you don’t make me any better or get me any closer to heaven or feeling better about myself sad cause I tried to get her to understand but she was too busy showing off lol good customer service service is hard to find these days

I was in yesterday around noon to collect for a Favor order. The store had everything the customer asked for, which is great (and somewhat rare for 7-11s). However, after being rung up, I noticed I didn't have my receipt yet. I needed a receipt to complete the order, but I hate asking for one because some employees get upset about it for some reason. So in my most polite tone I asked, "Can I have the receipt, please?" The young lady replied back sarcastically, "Can I print it?" I apologized and left, with the employee shouting something like "guurl!" after me, I guess to make it seem like I was the one being unprofessional.Manager: please ask your employees not to get upset when asked for a receipt. It is not a personal attack. We are all just trying to make an honest living as best we can. It's much easier if we are kind and patient with one another.

There was a lady with braids working there around 5:00 something pm at the cash register. I asked if there was a list of available menu items at the deli I can order. She snapped at me and said "what do you mean menu?" while rolling her neck at me. I asked her if she can get me a chili dog and she goes "YOU can get it yourself". Very rude. I walked out and went to eat elsewhere. I'm a college student who is a regular there and usually get along with the employees and love them. I feel like they are family. However, this young lady with braids down her back on April 13th, 2022 at about 5:00 pm made me feel small and was rude in front of everyone. I'm not sure I'll ever be back to one of my favorite stores until I know she has at least been warned or is gone.

I went there to get gas but the lady told me I needed to tell the lady with red hair who is white to put gas cause she doesn't know how. The poor cashier was stress and i understand. I decided to leave cause i knew who she was and i don't like her caused her attitude and her poor services. She was on her phone and you can see her was on her phone near the beer. She doesn't like me even if I go there and i always nice to her but her response is rude. I went there at 9:45 at night today and I'm sorry i put a one star but i can't handle how rude she is. she doesnt do her job but be on her phone.
