They quoted me a different price over the phone and moved me in 2 hour’s charge me $600 for a one bedroom apartment!’I was so very disappointed and angry. It was very unfair and leading to change the price after they moved me.

We are a military family that just moved to Fort Polk from Rhode Island. Our packers in Rhode Island were horrible, a lot of broken belongings, pieces of furniture missing, etc. A OK Moving and Storage handled our move in when we arrived to Ft Polk and what an absolute opposite experience we had with them. They were on-time, pleasant, and went above and beyond. When they came to deliver our belongings, one of the things we were unable to find was the bottom to one of our bed frames. Today, 2 days after delivery, we received an Amazon package from A-OK with this note (picture attached). Such a small gesture but ended a stressful move on a positive note. Thank you guys! We will definitely recommend you to friends in the area.

Absolutely Top Notch! Lane was very communicative. The movers arrived on time, were very pleasant, professional and careful. Got the job done in a timely manner, and made the moving process so smooth. I highly recommend A-OK movers if you need a job done. Big or Small, A-OK is the one to call!!!!

Excellent, efficient, and courteous. The team arrived on time, secured everything, and loaded it quickly. The entire job, which included a living room, bedroom, and roughly 30 boxes, was moved in about 1.5 hours. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. They had all the needed materials to get the job done right.

We really enjoyed the day we spent moving with the help of A-OK. The staff were all friendly and very careful with everything they did. Having their help completely transformed the typically stressful experience of moving into a positive one.

Over the past years I have used these folks for moving my Grand piano to a relocating my kids when going to college out of State. I worked for a mover while in college myself on weekends and summertime. It's all about who shows up to handle your stuff. Often its the owner himself that makes a visit to your job. I would recommend this business for packing/moving and shredding. They were polite, professional and very efficient. When packing your items they cover items so it will not be damaged in any way.

Our non-profit organization worked with A-OK as we assisted an elderly, disabled household impacted by disaster. There was miscommunication by the customer, that was no fault of ours and no fault of A-OK. The invoice went unpaid for several months because of this miscommunication. A-OK reached out to me about the invoice, which I was unaware of. Our funding for this disaster had ended, but I knew I was responsible for the bill. When I called the business to pay by credit card, the owner adamantly refused to let me pay the entire invoice. He said that it wasn't fair to our organization and told me that we would split it. The business completed the job in a very satisfactory way, but lost half of the profit to help us. He didn't have to do that but he did and we appreciate it.
