Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very, very very honest I had a driver from out of Georgia broke down and they got right on it and got us right back on the road I wish their shop was in my neck of the woods. I would use them on everything great people to work with and I highly recommend them. I would have gave 10 stars, but it only let me do five

I had my truck worked on several time before bringing it to AAMCO, the problem was never properly diagnosed. The customer service with Kathy was amazing and within a week my truck was finally fixed. I can not say enough about Kathy and the crew. I have definitely found my go to auto mechanic.

Terrible experience. Had truck 3 times for a total of 7 weeks, they still don't have a clue what's wrong with it. Paid them over $3000 and it is still doing the same thing that it was originally!

I just recently got my vehicle transmission fixed with AAMCO here in Beaumont Tx. Mrs. Kathy Cude OMG SHE IS AWESOME. SHE REALLY takes the time with me and the process of getting the issue with my car fixed. She keeps you informed of what's going on with your vehicle. Thank you Kathy and AAMCO for all you've done.

On 12-26-23 I took my car back to AAMCO for them to diagnose why my car was still experiencing problems. Ms. Kathy was very more than willing to understand what needed to be addressed to eliminate the problem. . She kept me up to date on any issues of concern. I spoke with the machanic who repaired my car. He was very cordial and displayed signs of concern and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. Ms. Kathy gave me the part that was causing the problem. Evereyone that I spoke to there were very caring and very professional. I want to thank all of them for their input.
