Just moved here few months ago and trying to furnish my new apartment.This wonderful and amazing person named Katrina took care of me like we were related.Best damn customer service I've experienced in years in this entire area.Not too mention she is sexy as all hell and extremely pleasant on the eyes!Go get you something for only $1 down today! Do not rent from arrons, they lied about the 4 months same as cash. I was making monthly payments of 151.00 when I saw that they were not going to honor the same as cash price I returned my item paid up for two weeks ahead and was asking for the money I had prepaid up which was $76 and they basically laughed at me and said this is not how we do things. So if you have other options than Aaron's then take them. Horrible customer service and rip off artist. I said what I said.

I have leased a living room set, air conditioner, 65in t.v and a washer dryer set and can say I had no issues and im happy to have paid it all off.

Bianca was extremely rude and argumentative. Lied and said she couldn’t rent anything to me even though I was approved in the store right in front of her on the computer. Called the 800 customer service number in front of her on speaker who said she could rent to me per their company policy, she just didn’t want to. Then she and the other store rep started yelling at me on my way out when I confronted her about lying that she couldn’t rent to me.

At first I really liked choosing Aaron to do business with. It was up until Bianca, supposedly the manager, decides not to have a pleasant attitude over the phone. She will also hang up on you. If I am spending my money at your location your customer service needs to on point. I get everyone has a bad day, but it seems not in this case. My payment wasn't even due yet and asked to switch to the end of the month. To keep business, next time, you may want to do what you can to help your customers out. I had the dang flu and she wouldn't even let anyone explain as to why my payment needed to be moved back. Every time you call and ask to speak to the actual manager, she keeps saying she is the manager. Never been late on a payment as well. My contract will be ending today. This location will NEVER get a recommendation from me at all. And no need to respond with an automatic message. The tv wasn't all that anyways. Not a good picture unless you are watching a movie and even then, it wasn't that great. It had rolling lines or whatever it was doing.

Aarons as the worst customer service ever the females never want to help you and when you ask to speak to a manager. They act like their the manager when they are not Aaron’s used to be good but now they are horrible. I wouldn’t use them ever

I will never rent from Aaron’s any where again this location ruined it for me. I paid $1,200 for a laptop and never got it back from repairs and was totally out of that money and if that wasn’t bad enough, I decided to give them another try and ordered a Xbox. I was having so many problems getting that delivered so I canceled the order. Went to get my refund and was told I didn’t put anything down when in fact i paid $64.94 down and have the bank statement to prove it and didn’t get my refund, So I’m out a total of 1,264.94. So beware of this place.
