This company has the best customer service in the Golden Triangle and more. Unfortunately I had both side windows broken out Sunday evening. The preferred company we are to use required 48 hour schedule time and I didn't have that much time with the rain and my travel schedule. I called Sunday evening and they had me in at 8:00 am Monday. Not only did they replace the windows within a few hours, but cleaned all the broken glass out of the carpet and seats. I might add, the cost was much less than the competitor. Thank you Action Glass. you lived up to your name and reputation. !!!!!!

Helpful, reasonable pricing.... however, when discussing what i need done, they informed me that if they broke my rear glass while working on my truck, I'd be the one to pay for it.

This company has not disappointed me yet. They all are very professional and friendly. Charles, the owner, is an amazing and super nice gentleman. The techs they have employed to work on the vehicles are always helpful and friendly. The two ladies in the front are super helpful and very sweet. I will not go anywhere for my glass needs ever. Prices are very good, service is always quick and accurate on top of everything else. They work with you to accommodate your needs…no matter what they will go out of their way to make the customer happy. Again, absolutely the best company all around! Highly recommend them!

Excellent work! Very satisfied with their work, pricing, and timing. Every other place I called could not get the glass until 3- 10 days and their quotes were high. When I called Action Glass BMT, Charles answered the phone and made the process easy and fast. He sent someone right away to measure my sliding door and provided a quote withing 30 min. Within 2 hours I had a new sliding door installed and ready to go. The two men who came to repair the glass did a great job! Exceptional work! Thank you!

Quick summary of my experience with Action Glass. I’ll start by saying the nice ladies in the front are welcoming and nice. They always updated me on the process of the windshield. The guys in the back are skilled at what they do, and I am really enjoying my new windshield. Action always has the solution to my problem. Victor took on an impossible task today. A repair he had never done before. He was very careful and planned every move. I was very impressed! Action glass did an awesome job on my new shower doors. It was perfect for my bathroom remodel. Charles visited with me in the show room and discussed options. Brandon came out to measure and install. The doors came in sooner than expected. I would highly recommend Action Glass
