Mr. Pete was very helpful. He running test for my vechile. Gave me information where to go to for proper care. The guys on 11th Street are very gentlemen like.

This certain locations customer service was lack there of...dude had no clue as to what the company carries. I asked for a certain thing he tells me they don't have it but I found it anyway due to the fact I used to work for the company. Then he proceeds to stand there and watch me as if I was gonna steal so I went to autozone instead where I have a commercial account. I only chose this location because its closer to my shop but they don't have to worry about getting any money from MJG Automotive

I was on a long road trip and had to stop and buy some Items... the store attendant was very rude and he refused to let me use let me use the restroom. I have a been a loyal customer of AAP and was very disappointed in the customer service at this location. Will not go back.
