This is my favorite place to get clothes but when I went into to return clothes that was not my size. A lady that I’m assuming is the manager walked up to me and asked me what she could help me with. I had told her that I was here to return some items. She then grabbed the bag from my hand looked inside and walked it to the counter. Which I have never had happen to me so I went to the counter where another lady help me do my return which she was so sweet. Then that same lady that had took my bag to the counter made a comment saying oh I see why you’re returning it because you must need the money cause that’s a big chunk of money. Which it sounded extremely rude when she said it and I definitely didn’t appreciate how she made me feel.

Worst company I ever worked for. The SM is petty and will go behind your back! It’s sad to see other customer’s reviews about the same reasoning most likely why other employees left this place it’s ran ridiculous with awful hours you will have no life! I had to hurry and get away before this place made me crazy lol. Ps: Do not let your kids work here!

There's places to talk to your employees about petty things that bothers you. But out front where customers are in not the place. she's old and has blonde short hair. some kind of manager/ karen i can tell by the hairstyle but that is no way to talk to employees. I will be calling corporate.
