Do NOT order or purchase scrubs from this company it takes forever and a day to receive them you can order your own stuff online and receive them MUCH faster with better customer service! When you call to find anything out they give nothing but attitude and continue to lead you on with when they “think” things may get there in all actuality they have no clue. Do yourself a favor and go to Franks!!

Lack of customer service. I ordered scrubs about a month and a half ago and still haven’t received them. Personnel stated it was due to a shortage which is understandable, but they would never call me with updates as they said they would. Everytime I called they seemed as if I was a bother. I ordered scrubs at Franks Medical Mart, they told me 5 days they would be in and came in within 2 days and I received a text when my order was ready. Never using Alliance again.

This company should not be in Healthcare. They have no empathy for the patients or their care givers. The employees are very complacent regarding issues.

Very bad customer service, I went to order scrubs and the girl was very uninterested in helping me. Wasn’t even offered to try on the scrubs before ordering them, thank god they fit though. Went to pick them up a week later and a different girl was there but had the same attitude. If you don’t want to be at work that bad then leave.

Cpap users:Once you sign up, you will not here from them again.Also, any supplies needed are run through the Respiratory Therapist ONLY.Your needs are secondary to her schedule. No one is able or willing to assist you with your needs.

I am looking for a wheelchair for my mom. I have the Dr's script to get the chair but I am very concerned about going to Alliance due to the reviews about their customer service and management skills. You need to recognize we have a choice to shop where we choose. May want to consider that.Wow, the owner even replies with attitude.I have all I need from the Dr for the wheel chair, you see my mom has RA and is unable to walk.Thank you for validating my concerns about Alliance.

They are professional and knowledgable. The process was really smooth. Lori took the time to help me understand the difference from my new equipment and the equipment that I had in the past.

Alliance Medical and it's manager lack professionalism and customer service skills. I purchased tens unit pads. You could not see the connectors in the package. At no time did the manager ask about my unit to determine if they would work. She also never mentioned any return policy. I returned to the store 30 minutes later, after opening the package and determining that the pads wouldn't connect to my unit. I gave the girl that came out, my receipt and the pads. She took them in the back, to talk to the manager. She came back out and said they couldn't be returned because the package had been opened. The manager refused to come out and speak with me. The receipt was a computer print out of the transaction, again, with no return policy information. I'm stuck with tens unit pads i can never use! I'm very dissatisfied with their service and lack of professionalism.

Whomever the lady I spoke with over the phone when I called the toll free number lacked customer service. Very snippy and rude. I'm not very happy about this experience. I'll refer family and friends elsewhere. They need to go take a refresher on good customer service.
