I hired Allstar Moving to load my POD for a 1300 mile move. I dealt with Jay, who is the manager. Before I booked them I asked if they were insured and he reassured me that they were. However, when I called today to advise that when the POD was unloaded and a leg was broken off one of my nightstands (because they were not taken off when they loaded), and my upholstered headboard has a grease stain on one side and a tear on the other (b/c it was not fully covered), Jay immediately denied saying that the integrity of the items would be covered by insurance. Additionally, he refused to share the owner's information so I could follow-up with them and talked over me the whole time I tried to speak to him about my concerns. Luckily, I insisted they remove the legs off my velvet dining rooms chairs before they were loaded, nor did they cover them with protective plastic or blankets (which I provided more than enough of).
Bottom line: do not use this company if you want experienced movers. They crew consisted of Jay and two young men - one who told me it was his first day on the job. The company we hired to unload our POD was so professional, knowledgeable and careful with our furniture that it made it clear how unprofessional Allstar Movers is.
The photos include the damaged nightstand leg and bed. I also included two other piece of furniture that shows how poorly they prepared these pieces for moving and further evidence of their lack of care and protection.

Nick and Bailey were awesome! They were very careful with everything, and mindful of our walls and doors! Very reasonable priced, will absolutely use them again in the future!

I had my mother moved today from an apartment to a small house. The movers arrived on time and were very efficient and professional. They used their time well and were very careful with all the furniture. I recommend this company for your future moving needs.

Just finished my move with them. I had 3 guys and they were all very polite and professional. They moved me quickly and efficiently. Process was quick and painless from inquiry, move, and paying the balance. Definitely recommend.

WOW!! What amazing service! I have used Allstar twice now, they provide excellent service, respectful, caring movers, they take good care of your furniture, and are mindful of your walls and floors.
I called yesterday to schedule a move, and Jay was able to get some of his guys out that afternoon!! Talk about great service!

Affordable moving. This will be my 2nd time using this company for a move. The first time, I believe they were just a little rushed with time and wasn't able to get my bed upstairs, but I tried them a 2nd time and the service was great! I would definitely recommend the business!!
