American Air employee's have got their stuff together. The most polite hard working, group of young men I have ever met. They come prepared and have everything they need to do the job. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

As a follow-up to my recent 5 star review of American Air, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I recently had to call them for a problem I was having with my emergency drain line to my AC. It was a tricky problem to diagnose, which required a couple of visits. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness, and their determination to get the problem diagnosed and to provide resolution. They even dispatched a service manager to personally observe the issue and work with me on explaining the issue. They expended an enormous amount of time - all of it covered by one initial service fee. I could not be more impressed with this company's comittment to customer service and satisfaction.

When I needed winterizing services, he made it happen without hesitation, even going out of his way to accommodate my schedule. Despite being busy, he still managed to prioritize my needs and provide exceptional service, both at my home and office.

We have used American Air Systems both at my home as well as at work. Excellent service and they are very prompt and very reliable. We use them for our A/C systems, generators and now for plumbing services. They also offer maintenance plans at a very reasonable price.

They are scammers and con artist. All but directly told me that they intentionally left information out of a inspection report for the previous owner of a home so the new owners (me) wouldn't ask for them to repair it. Brags about integrity and yet cons people. No integrity, values died a long time ago.Services: A/C system maintenance

WARNING!!! By far the worst company I have ever done business with. They are scam artist that try everything they can to have to come out over and over and charge. Every local HVAC company that I talk to does not even want to come out after they have been there. American Home Shield will try to send them out but tell them no! YOU WILL REGRET IT. I did everything I could to see any good in this company and there is absolutely nothing other than a few nice techs. Even the techs said A-US air is not a good company!Service: HVAC system repair
