So I arrive today around 12 pm and the store opens at 10 why am I told oh we not open yet till 30 minutes.. Not my problem you all have packages from FedEx being delivered.. 10 am is open time way past time should've been open and ready

Not only did I work here before but this use to be my favorite store. I'm all for knowing other languages but when the manager comes out and doesn't speak English and only speaks to the employee, it's a problem. The quality of the clothes has dropped a lot. All I know is I will not be shopping there ever again and I will make sure everyone I know, knows not to buy their clothes from there.

Worst customer service. The dressing rooms are never opened to try on clothes. The store employees told said that with all the stuff going on lately they are not allowing customers to try on clothes an hour before closing.
