Went to this store at 19:00 7/3/24 two employees behind a desk , one eating & one standing,
I went to the store to maybe change my wireless provider , once I entered the store they looked at me with a poker face , none of them approached me so i had to, i was ask “How can we help you?” With a non helpful and ready to go home manner, i got disappointed immediately and left, if this is the customer service presented in person what more if i call .

Wasn't willing to help, because Samsung was involved. Was told to sent in to Samsung.

Went in this evening for a phone after a frustrating online experience. I had not
idea how late it was, or that it was 5 minutes until closing. Kiara was extremely helpful and took care of everything for me even though it was time to leave. Great experience make sure you ask for Kiara when you go she's very professional and extremely helpful.

I was with Att for 4 years. When T-Mobile offered me the same internet service for $21.00 a month cheaper I switched. When I called the 1-800 number to ask about my balance, I wasn't able to get through so I called the store a block away for help. The manager was extremely rude, raised his voice then hung up on me after I told him I had switched. I suffer from PTSD and I use a service dog because of people like him. I'm so happy I switched. My internet has never been better, clearer.
