We have been an AT&T Business wireless customer since 2006. After months of calling numerous times just to drop 2 of our 14 devices and getting hung up on while being “transferred to the loyalty department” I was done trying to call 611. Went into the local store tonight for an appointment I made online, the 2 employees said I had to call in and they could not help me, so we went TMobile a block away and started the process to transfer all our service. So very disappointed in the terrible customer service.

If it wasn’t for Carl, i’d spend hours on the phone with customer service. He’s the only reason I go in store. He’s the homie.

Rude Employee Me and my husband went to the AT&T store here in Beaumont Tx the lady who helped us was Jalisa H from what my receipt says. She was very rude, she showed no care her customer service in the store on Dowlen road was Horrible. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced with AT&T I really feel like she didn't want to help us. Next time we will just upgrade our phones through Bestbuy because her attitude was unacceptable. Every other worker in there was helping other customers they were extremely nice. But her she was the rudest.

Kiara, tam, Tiffany & I think his name was ChrisAre THEE MOST AMAZING ATT REPS EVAAAAAA ??????they all stayed late trying to get me into my new iphone, and I have so much gratitude for them, for giving me their patience and time that they certainly could’ve spent at home with their families! Kiara, for being the most awesome trainee, Tam for being so litty & tiff for being an amazing manager and for everyone staying late? and Chris for going to bat for me with my old carrier on the phone lines Love love love them

Customer service associate, Alex at the Beaumont location on Dowlen Rd has been nothing short of amazing! As a new customer of AT&T, I've had multiple issues (no fault of AT&T) from setting up children's accounts and my Hotspot, understanding my first bill, & even with setting up FirstNet as a first responder. Alex had helped me both times I have come to the store. He has been respectful, knowledgeable, quick, & efficient... I switched my service to AT&T from being a 16 year Verizon customer & this was such a welcomed change in customer service and attitude! Alex has made me & my family a customer for life! Thank you so much for believing in offering exceptional customer service!

The people that work at the Beaumont at&t store will not make eye contact with you and they definitely don't make you feel welcome at all. I found what I needed on my own and I could have just checked myself out if there was a way to. The manager came out one time and she was extremely rude to me and my daughter then she went back to the back again and we never saw her again. I'm embarrassed to say that me and my husband have wasted many years with at&t to bed treated the way we were. The man who finally checked us out was very nice, but other than that the trip there left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully y'all can train your future managers to be nicer to the customers. I feel the one at the Beaumont store doesn't know how to be respectful of customers.

Latisha the "head manager" is one of the rudest managers I have ever had to deal with. If your white she will ignore you till she is rude and will make you wait for a white representative. 0 out of 10 do not recommend

if I could leave negative stars, I would. a week before my trip to iceland, I stopped in the store and set up the international plan for 10$/day as needed. I asked, is there anything else I need to do? no, I was told... "you're good to go. iceland is on the list, so you're good!". so when I got to iceland, my phone would not work at all. no calls. no text. no internet. nothing! i was stuck in a foreign country with NO PHONE! bought a sim card, nothing. tried everything... the best they could determine at the airport help desk, was that the phone is "regionally locked." and basically I was sol. and I was. not only was it annoying, but I was lied to, misinformed by someone incompetent, and was put in a potentially DANGEROUS situation. I will be switching to iPhone, switching networks, and will no longer shop at your store. Totally crazy I had to go through that!

We stopped by here to trade in an old android and Jaime was absolutely phenomenal! He was exceedingly patient, speedy, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question/concern we had confidently. Loved how clean the store was too on top of the rest of the staff being friendly! Definitely the best AT&T shop we've visited :)

I was greeted by a representative as I entered the store and immediately assisted with my issue. I was in and out in about 20 minutes! My rep's name was Justin and he was awesome! Professional and knowledgeable, super helpful!

The store manager was awesome. I had been going back and forth with att stores and on the phone and no one was helping me out for 2 weeks. I went into this store and he helped me with what I needed and had great customer service the whole time even with my frustration.
