I didn’t expect to get immediate service when I walked in. Everyone was very friendly and polite towards me and my dad. We made conversation while the man kindly offered to put on the screen protector that I bought there. He also kindly put the case on that I bought as well. I did enjoy myself even though I had to pay! Paying isn’t fun but everything that comes w/ it matters.

AT&T is the worst company I've ever done business with. First off, they lured us in with a lower monthly bill than we had with Verizon and that they would pay off our remaining balance with Verizon. They refused to pay it, despite that being their major reason in convincing people to switch. Also, after telling us our bill would be much lower than with Verizon, it was much higher and they left us with a huge bill with Verizon that they promised to pay off.Stuck in a contract with them, we continued with them for years. After we were out of contract, when we tried to switch, they refused to unlock our phones, even though they were paid off. Also, their customer service is horrible. It takes hours to get someone on the phone most of the time and when you do ,they usually have no idea how to help you. Also, their coverage is horrible. It had been many years since we experienced dropped calls and areas with no service. And all while charging us more than Verizon after promising a lower bill and a payoff. I could go on and on. They are a horrible company to do business with.

I am not very impressed with the way. Mr. John Stanky is operating AT&T. I think it's a sad day in America when a lower class individual is robbed by an elite tier company who makes billions of dollars a year but yet still has the steel from the lower class, if you know that the phone number was disconnected eight months ago you should do the right thing and give the money back. Not keep it and say oops sorry that's our rules. Hey Verizon you're looking pretty good right now.

Horrible place to do business. On 12/12/2022 They put my $1000 trade in credit on someone else's account. They told me it would take a few billing cycles to reflect trade in credit. Contacted them on 06/06/23 to question why my bill had not reflected the credit yet to be told there was no trade in associated with my account. Long story short I have had to go through hoops trying to get this resolved, while store manager "Dex" just keeps saying "this will get resolved, it takes time" and no response from "district manager". I went in to the store on 07/06/2023 to still get told "it's being handled and will get fixed". One of the sales lady had their young child up there, shoes everywhere, snacks everywhere, while sales lady is assisting a customer. Finally after leaving irritated even more on 07/06/2023 I have contacted AT&T Loyalty Department due to the lack of professionalism at this specific location. The 1 star is because I HAD to put it but this store is not even 1 star worthy IMO.

Priscilla went above and beyond to help me. She was amazing and the yall should have more customer service reps like her. I had a great experience at the AT&T store. She was fast and efficient. she helped me change my google number so I wouldn’t lose all my photos etc. she was just lovely.

Gary was AWESOME, he greeted me as I enter the building. Gary explained the procedure by putting screen protect on my phone.
