I want to update about my son invitations. We got a call this afternoon that they are being over nighted direct to me. Should get them Saturday. And Balfour Beaumont sent me a refund. I have to say Lindsey came through for me. I really appreciate it.

this has been the worst experience for me. I have twins graduating. One got his invitations, but the other did not. They were misprinted for another high school. i was assured that the reorder would be expedited to us. It is 22 days before graduation and they are still being processed. Not shipped and they don't know when they will ship. I am beyond upset. I am running out of time and don't know what to do. I suggest maybe finding somewhere else to order your card. The manufacture will not communicate with Balfour Beaumont.

Great customer service looking forward to getting my jacket. Can customize lots of different ways. They are working with me on a special jacket that includes four different high schools that I attended in four states. I am excited to see what the final product will look like they also do patches and customization

This company sells rings to minors with financing options, trying to get them to buy the rings to remember there highschool experience. That is despicable action and nobody should ever purchase anything from this evil company.

Ordered ring over a month ago. No response to emails or call. They say 48 hrs and it's been weeks. Can't get through to anyone. Will never order from Balfour again. Horrible service
