Honestly I don't know why wr are still with BOA, only location open in the are. And the slowest. The hours of operation are the most inconvenient for people. Honestly I have to waste my lunch time to drive over there to deposit a check. And yes I know there's the mobile app to deposit the check, but every time i do there's an issue that causes me to have to go to the branch. Plus the customer lacks. And the 1800 customer service is worthless they have attitudes worse than the branch. I keep saying I need to change to a diffrent bank.

If I could give less than one star I would. I moved from houston back home to Orange Texas area and found out they only have one BOA in Beaumont and no ATM'S anywhere near me which is ridiculous, also they charge $34 for 40 checks which is a rip off! I'm switching to a credit union because I don't see bank of america staying open in Beaumont. If you bank at BOA I would recommend going elsewhere.

Very friendly staff and the bank manager is an exceptional person in customer service. They will cash any check for any amount, as long as a check was drafted from Bank of America.

I placed a deposit in the night drop on 3/2/23 to my landlords checking account. On 3/5/23 the check has yet to be deposited, in which my rent payment is now late. Can not get anyone to answer the phone and doesn’t have a voicemail option. I would appreciate to speak to a representative to have the night drop checked for jams. I work at a bank and know how night drops are supposed to be handled the following business day and that jams do happen. Not being able to speak to a representative or leave even a voicemail is frustrating. Bank of America will definitely never have my business!

Slowest bank anywhere. Always long line and a teller missing. I was there today and she didn't smile once. It's not the job but it doesn't hurt. The one who helped me open the account was nice that's why two stars.

This review is of the notary service. 2 stars because he was very nice, however the form was not filled in correctly and is now causing me a legal nightmare and it’s going to take me a month or more to fix.There were lines for two different witnesses and the same name was used for both witnesses. I trusted that he knew what was required and signed where he said to sign.Just double check to make sure you have different witnesses if your form requires one!

I'm a very recent immigrant and was trying to set up a bank account yesterday. I was turned away from a lot of places because I've only been here a handful of days and have limited documentation showing my address and haven't got my SSN yet. Everywhere else turned me away but this Bank of America was able to work with me and set up a bank account which is a huge help for me. Not only that but they were very helpful explaining how things worked and how to move my money into a US bank account and explaining how things work differently here.There might well be some problems here in other ways but my experience was great. If you've just moved to the US and you're in your first few days setting things up this is the best place to go, at least of the 5 banks I tried in the area.

I opened an account three weeks ago and can’t receive any customer service representative on the phone. I spent hours to open the account. The manager who opened the account was nice. There is no opened drive thru. I ordered checks and never got them. Now I need the checks and still don’t have any.
