Been a member with BOA for over 30 years it use to be so convenient, but now it is not. I got to find something else.

OMG. I just left Woodforest Bank and the customer service was exemplary. Thank you to the employee from Liberty. Then I went to Bank of America right down the street to make a deposit and both employees were sullen and mumbling to each other with no respect for their customers. I think I need to put all my eggs in one basket!

This Bank used to be decent. The staff now seems clueless. Limited operating hours, plus discontinued drive through service mean limited support for customers. BoA seems more interested in online apps and use of ATMs than people serving customers.

Leaving this location, I am absolutely sure I am closing my account with this bank. The manager Nikki ,blatantly ignored all of her minority clientele. The personal banking line was extremely long because Nikki chose to micromanage her tellers at the banking window. After waiting for an hour, the personal banker, Crystal, told me it was my fault that the company didn't send me my debit card. Despite offering an apology to the Caucasian man in front of me for the long wait, she placed all of the blame for the wait time on me. If you are reading this and you are black pull all of your money from Bank of America and open an account with Chase. BOA is currently traded at 15.50, while Chase is at 67.25

Much more friendly than the downtown location. Do wish BOA would give up some drive thru atms in the golden triangle! Now that so many features are put into the atms it takes a little time to make a deposit, transfer money and pay a loan, you would think it would ne safer in your car...

I like this Bank of America better than the one on Dowlen. The tellers are friendly and they're never busy.
