A plethora of organic options, many not available anywhere else in greater Beaumont. Comprehensive selection of vitamins, supplements. Little pricey, no doubt, but I keep going back because they have certain items I simply can't find anywhere else.

I have never been to the store before and was curious. I bumped into a geriatric white, light-haired woman with a very surly unpleasant attitude. She acted like she was angry because I asked her three questions and had stopped her. Later, I found out from the cashier that checked me out, that was the store manager, that was frightening. I can understand people have bad days, but that's still no reason to act in that manner, I definitely will not be back

I have been a customer for several years. I was excited to come to the store today but was met with poor customer service. There are a lot of options now for getting health food and supplements. I'm not saying don't go to the store but I'm probably only going to come if I really need something I can't get anywhere else. Really want to support local business but not poor customer service.

I was a loyal customer until the store manager made my 5 year old CRY for sticking her hand in jelly beans in the bulk section. (That my daughter apologized for) when confronted she never apologized nor acted professionally she just defended herself and said she had to explain to her “Mexican” worker why it had to be thrown away… all the while they have massive mark up. Cookies for $10 I can by for $6 down the road. Staff is great. Manager needs to be replaced with someone with KINDNESS and professionalism.

ATTENTION: MaryAnn!
DEPLORABLE BEHAVIOR!
Just moved to Beaumont and had the WORST experience with the manager Kim. Her lack of professionalism, leadership communication is less than desirable. She ordered me to make a decision quickly while purchasing Kombucha because they were stocked in a broken cooler and I was letting the air out of a cooler that was covered with a shade instead of a door.
When I explained to her that I was just trying to check the sugar and calories content as well as the flavors, she closed the shades and did not allowed me to shop!
When I told her that I’m a new resident to this area and was very disappointed in my experience she then chose to apologize by saying I’m sorry “YOU” feel that way, never NOT once apologizing for being RUDE! And then had the audacity to inform me that she was not being rude because she asked several people in the store?!
If NO ONE reaches out to me regarding this matter, I will take my story to social media with the managers/owner name and location of this establishment! Kim is RUDE and dismissive to certain demographics of people. The employees of this establishment APOLOGIZED for her behavior numerous times and stated this is just how she is!
When did being RUDE and OBNOXIOUS become acceptable?!
MaryAnn I pray that you don’t loose your business behind someone who doesn’t care about customers.

They need employees that know about their products they are selling. Not "oh don't know. You need to read your labels" ...I know I need to read my own labels but atleast have employees who are more in the know with the products and have an idea.I walked out and decided not to buy.

Nice clean place. Food was very good. The organic milk was very good. They dont care about pets. Stale cat food. The smell was so bad. Everything in the store should be checked.

Diane basically chased me around the homeopathic section while I was trying to read the label peel back saying you cant do that without buying it. To calm her down from being so neurotic I told her “why dont I let you do it” & she had to go get help to convince herself it was possible to follow the directions to read the drug facts. “ITS NOT A DRUG!?” No duh Diane its why Im using it ?. These reviews about rudeness are so accurate. Learn how your products work& learn how to speak to the public. Loss prevention is a need & the best prevention is customer service not following me on my heels because you dont understand how stuff works. Morons.
