Mrs Courtney went ABOVE AND BEYOND today. I had a cracked screen on my s23 ultra that had to be repaired immediately. She stayed over closing to make sure I was taken care. This is the kind of people that will bring lots of good to a company. Thank you Mrs Courtney you have no idea how much I appreciate it.

Friendly, very helpful service. Kind folks. Tremendous variety of all sorts of batteries, from automotive to computer, to the tiniest electronics. Lots of neat other things, too, like solar panels. Recycle or responsibly dispose of every sort of battery here as well. This is a SeTx gem!

I accidentally had my charger unplugged ALL NIGHT! I went into Battery and Bulbs to buy a quick adapter for work, unfortunately, they didn't have what I needed, but a lovely employee gave me a slow moving adapter spare from the back for free 🥲 I think she saw how distressed I was - employees so sweet ❤️

My experience today didn’t quite get my problem solved, but after the places and miles we have gone trying to find someone to replace a battery in my iPhone, this place here restored our faith in customer service at its best. We went there after speaking to the sales associate twice and she assured me she could do it. And she did. Not her fault the battery I had purchased did not work in my phone So she is ordering me a new one and we will go from there. The two ladies that were at the store were knowledgeable, customer friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back again even after I get my phone fixed!!!

The three ladies at Batteries Plus, Beaumont TX, on 7/12/24, were the most professional, helpful and friendly of any place, whatsoever, that we have visited in many months.
Our spirits were bottomed out since 7/9/24, we lost a son-in-law and wait many hours for extended surgery on our daughter, all in one day. These ladies had no knowledge of our sadness. They greeted us warmly as we entered the store and continued to wait on customers at their desk. They then assisted us in what we came to accomplish. As they worked on our orders, we watched and listened.
We are both retired managers with more than 40 years experience each. We were so impressed with every aspect of our visit. Batteries Plus in Beaumont is #1 for us because of these ladies! Five Star!

I recently visited Batteries Plus to get my iPhone battery replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. They replaced my battery quickly, and my phone is now running perfectly. I went there to get my battery changed. I knew it was the battery that needed to be replaced. When I got there they were quick to assist but I noticed the lady that was doing my car seemed as if she didn’t know what she was doing I have a VW atlas with my battery there is a lot of wiring to my sensor system to which she seen. After a few tries my car would not start at all. No clicks no nothing. I came there driving my car I left having to tow it to the dealership. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.
Update 6/17
The dealership informed the ECM is dead due to improper handling of the battery. I have emailed corporate on this situation because this needs to be rectified quickly

Ruined my perfectly fine iphone X. Went in for a simple battery swap and technician hit me with a “the motherboard is fried” Mind you the phone was working fine and had no issues but the battery. Don’t listen to all the positive reviews on here and take your business elsewhere please.

I saw great reviews on google about battery replacement. When I arrived for a new battery in my Mercedes ML 250 it seemed like they were a bit lost. I asked the woman who was going to be installing the battery a few questions like had she done a car like this before. You could tell she didn’t really know or was confident in the installation. I just wish they had said that beforehand that they didn’t exactly know how to. Basically I would go elsewhere if you have a battery that isn’t simply under the hood.
