I want to give a huge shoutout to Cece at O’Reilly Auto Parts on East Lucas in Beaumont, TX. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service were truly top-notch.
I had an issue with a gasket that was originally sold to me at a different O’Reilly location, North Major Drive, Beaumont, TX and turned out to be incorrect. They refused to help me. Cece took the time to listen, understood the situation immediately, and went above and beyond to help resolve it. She handled the return professionally and made sure I was exchanged for the correct gasket without any hassle.
It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. Cece was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. Because of her, I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future parts needs.
