Been making deposit for over a year and today they decide to hold my ck for 7 days causing a lot of problems. They want even let you cash a ck for a year on your account. Worst freaking bank around !!!.

I have been to many PNC Bank locations and this one has the slowest drive-thru service. I have a young child and use it often so I do not have to take my child out. Also, you want to use the lane closest to their window. They always wait on this one first regardless of the order the cars came in. I have arrived when there were no cars, sent my deposit in, have a second car arrive 5 minutes later and they have waited on the other car first. I would not recommend this location unless you have plenty of time to wait because you will be there a minimum of 10 minutes (with no cars except you).

Apparently, all PNC banks have HORRIBLE phone systems. That and people who don’t pay attention when they, do, occasionally answer the stupid phone! The woman asked what I needed, I asked her for the real estate department. She asked what for. I told her my neighbor’s house had been foreclosed and I was interested in it.
The goofball asked if it was MY house that was foreclosed on… I told her that if it were MY house, I would have SAID MY house… but I said my neighbor’s house. To further her inability to provide decent service, she then asked me where I wanted my call transferred ???! I told her and she said she’d transfer my call. It rang once… and disconnected! If a bank cannot answer their phone… and when they do… can’t listen or pay attention… why trust that bank with your $$$??

Glad it is open on Saturday, but only 2 tellers and line out the door...30 min wait at the drive through. Plenty of folks working, but no movement in the line(s). When u are the only PNC bank open on Saturdays...should be staffed sufficiently.

Tried to work with Liz Neighbors for a loan. I got her all the documents she asked for; then a month later when it became time to purchase she was unprepared and difficult. I couldn’t believe how rude she was
