How can they be a mortgage lender when they don't know what or how an escrow account works. I was told at two separate branches and a phone conversation that I had several weeks to shop for a cheaper Homeowner's Insurance quote before the renewal was paid, and then they paid it immediately after I talked to them... a full three weeks before the escrow should have paid out. The moron at the branch kept telling me that I can't shop for cheaper PMI. I had to explain to him the difference between an HO policy and PMI.

This bank is the worst compass I've ever used. They are ridiculously slow. Too busy chit chatting instead of counting the money that I've been waiting on them to do over 25 minutes. Try to find a way online to address this no way. Guess they don't care either

Went in today to cash a check and they are charging 10.00 to cash their own checks. How do you bank with someone that will not stand behind their own accounts! Horribly disappointing and they all should be out of business

Maybe I'm just too old and ornery to live in this day and age? I asked the teller if she could place a personal letter which has a stamp in the banks outgoing mail. She said No after looking at the envelop and thinking about it. I'm more pissed she could not offer up an immediate NO than to want to see it and think about it. What a simple customer service thing to do that they won't do?!
