DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! I rented a 12$ unit back in JANUARY!! I didn’t realize it until today(October) that ever since 14 DAYS AFTER I signed the lease (the $12/month rent lease!!!) that they increased the rent to $72/month. I’ve been charged $60 more than I originally rented the unit for literally the entire time and didn’t realize it until now. Looked back through everything after I realized and it they literally changed my rent from $12 to $72 after 14 days. Thats INSANE. please rent anywhere else. I only have a bed in this unit I could have thrown it away for cheaper than it was to keep it there for 2 months. This place makes me sick to my stomach. Completely taking advantage of people. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!

My name is Ms Botley I booked a storage and it was struggle free to do so. Ms Camelia was very nice and patient with helping me to understand how to get to the location, instructions utilizing the security gate entrance to storage unit, and informed me that it's my personal responsibility to purchase a lock because Lone Star doesn't provide. I completed it all online and via telephone. Easy Peasy and I'm Cheesy!???? Thanks
