They try to scare you into unnecessary repairs. I took my x7 for an alignment. They told me I needed to flush both transfer cases due to a "shutter". I denied. Took the vehicle for a battery a month later. No word of the shutter but they told my wife it needed 4 new tires. (Tires were brand new) and a starter then preceded to give her a worst case scenario if she did not replace it. So that being said a battery cost me 2k and it was in the shop for a week. I traded the car in the day after I got it out of the shop.

Took my BMW to Taylor and BMW of Beaumont. He was very nice and professional. They had my car for several days and I used one of the loaner cars.
They were able to diagnose and fix multiple error messages that I was receiving and also found some items I was not aware of. Very thorough, and even sent me a video of the inspection process.
These folks are awesome! Will definitely use again when the time comes!

After having a blowout on I-10 by Orange Texas I was towed to BMW of Beaumont. Service Advisor Kimberly Bennett was able to get a new tire installed onto my X-5 and in the mean time get the warranty information completed so I could get on the road in record time. I could not have asked for better service.
