John Robinson, Jeff Bailey and Rocky Willis- what a powerhouse of a team! These guys are top notch. Hands down, best car buying experience ever. John is a no pressure, laid back salesman. His method is so chill. He is not the overbearing salesman. He follows the lead of the customer.Jeff Bailey (Finance)- this guy really has one of the toughest roles. Holy smokes what hoops I didn’t have him jumping through and he did it with a smile. He nailed it! Thanks, Jeff!Rocky, Rocky, Rocky. You keep it up! You are one heck of a number crunching mathematician! The service was terrible from start to finish. The reps were dismissive and not interested in helping customers. Do yourself a favor and get your BMW serviced somewhere other than the Beaumont location. It will be worth the drive to save the frustration.

I had to bring in my vehicle to get serviced with an oil change. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and set me up with the most efficient package. Running fine now ?

These guys actually saved me money, brought my car to a local shop in Port Arthur to diagnose a noise I was having and they wanted to charge me $1,600 to replace a control arm. I brought it to the dealership for the same issue and the only issue were loose bolts which cost less than $100.

I was not satisfied with my last visit. I went on Saturday 8/5/23 for a yearly oil change and it started leaking the next day. I called and brought it back there on Monday 8/7/23 to get it fixed. It started leaking again the next day and I had to bring it back on Wednesday 8/9/23. The same thing happened last year when I brought it for an oil change. I would not recommend BMW Beaumont to anyone. I want be going back next year.

Having raised 3 children who now have their own children, I have purchased dozens of automobiles over the years. Very few times have I experienced such a friendly, professional and accommodating group of dealership employees than those I engaged with at BMW of Beaumont. I worked with Rich, Sandra and Loney and they were all delightful to deal with. I know this sounds corny, but it's true: I left feeling like I purchased a vehicle from people in my family. I could not be happier with the M850i they sold me and I highly recommend their dealership as one you can trust.

Great experience, I bought a used truck from them. They made me feel like it did not matter that I wasn't buying a $60,000 BMW. They just treated me like a "Customer". I would drive the 2 hours again to purchase my next vehicle from them. The manager was very proactive which says alot about how much they value their customers. I do not post reviews very often, but I really had a great experience from the salesman "WILLIE" to the manager "ROCKY" and the finance manger.

I bought a new set of tires for my 2021 X5 in April. On Thursday, I discovered one was leaking due to a nail. Rather than taking it to a tire shop, I called Beaumont BMW and they told me to bring it in. They had a replacement tire in stock, the tire was under warranty, and they swapped it out in no time! They always take care of me with all of my service needs. Great job team!

Great experience buying my 740i there! One of the easiest and best car buying experiences I’ve had. My sales rep (John Robinson) was great, no b.s. at all, and very pleasant and professional. I live in Houston but will look at buying from them again for my next car purchase…worth the drive.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Leased a new BMW from there today and there were absolutely no issues. They had us in and out quickly and everyone we encountered was polite, kind, and professional. Our Client Advisor was Mr. Rich Williams and he was great, going above and beyond to ensure we were happy! We also encountered Mr. Rocky Willis (manager) and he was also great! Mr. Jeff Bailey in finance was wonderful - efficient and honest, as well. This is our fifth BMW and it was by far our most straightforward and painless experience. We are loving the new i4 already!

Service was amazing! From the moment we walked in, John Robinson our salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive the whole experience. He did everything in his power to make us happy with our car buying experience. He was the best salesman we ever dealt with. He made our decision very easy. The Sales manager (Rocky Willis) was also a part of our decision to buy. He was really friendly and approachable. They just made us feel welcome, comfortable, and important. I can’t leave out the Finance manager, I can’t say enough about all of them. If you ever think about buying a car, please go to BMW of Beaumont! Ask for John! You will be pleased.

The staff at Beaumont BMW were very professional. I did not have an appointment. I called from the highway while en route from Birmingham AL to Houston TX. I drove up and received immediate attention. My service rep (Kimberly B) took great care of me. I was over 100 miles from my destination, and looking at what I assumed was a very expensive transmission problem. She offerd me a loaner vehicle if I had to leave my car. I felt very comfortable hearing that. After the diagnosis, it was determined that all I needed was a new battery. This was Great customer service from start to finish.
