“Best service ever! 5? only because that’s as many stars as Google will allow me to give lol when I say, Ortiz Menswear & Bridal saved the day I wholeheartedly mean it! We rented a tux from another shop located in Lumberton. Long story short it come in not fitting whatsoever did not get the tux until Friday afternoon my son had to work so he was unable to try it on until Friday night. It was terrible is the only way I can put it. We ran all over Beaumont trying to find our son a new tux the very next day, which was PROM DAY we come across Ortiz walked inside, hoping they could help us knowing the possibility was almost 0 chances but when we walked in, we were kindly greeted. We were asked what can we help you with and we just blurted out we need help prom is today and we have no tux. My son was very particular on his style. They went over and beyond sizing him trying different styles to fit his body shape. Did the hemming for his tux right then and there we literally got to take the tux with us that moment, seriously if you’re going to give someone your business, please let it be this business !”
