Horrible horrible customer service. I made a CASH deposit into my account at the ATM. The reason I opened this account is so I can make cash deposits as I’m a server and get paid in cash. When I made the deposit it took my money failing to give me a receipt or credit to my account. I went the next day and a tech was walking out of the bank (the bank was closed for a holiday) he said “oh yeah, I just cleared the machine 1/2 your deposit got stuck in one side and the other 1/2 was stuck in the other. Call customer service” I did exactly that only to be told I will get my money in 45-90 days while they do an investigation! I was told by the worker it was fixed, I was told by the customer service representative that they can see the deposit. Why am I suppose to wait that long on their mistake? I have been a customer with this bank going on 15 years. I have multiple accounts with them all in good standing and this is how they treat their customers. I will be closing all my accounts with them. I have stayed with this bank even though they have closed all but one location in Beaumont making it super inconvenient. I just got off the phone again wit customer service and they tell me I have to wait another WEEK. No wonder all their locations are closing. They don’t care about their customers

I'm leaving 3 stars because I like to think about the good old days when there were multiple branches within the city so the employees were a lot less overwhelmed and you could still see and talk to a human being type person....now I have been informed by capital one that they will be closing all physical branches and will go strictly online only .....this is part of the reason why I believe there are so many poor reviews and I'm sure this isn't the only city that's dealing with this issue...."capital one... future home of do it yourself "self checkout" banking".... kinda catchy..... I like it

We went to get a cd shortly before 2:00. When we entered, no one approached us to offer assistance or offer information. We then scheduled an appointment for 3:00. During that time no one approached us or spoke to us. I spoke to someone at 3:30 who had no idea when I could be helped after acknowledging our 3.00 appointment. We left.

Closed all atms and branch in my town. Then they also told me I could still use my card while I had a new one coming in and... I couldn't. Now I can't get gas or food without driving 2 towns over to get my money and my bills are gonna be late

Went to get assistance closing a love ones account but was told they weren't on account. Get home and find a recent copy of statement with love ones name listed as joint account holder. Banker had to keep asking questions instead of just having manager talk to me. Felt like I was being pushed out the door. Now I got to make another trip up there to get this straighten out. Customer service here needs an overhaul. Dealing with estate manners is already difficult enough without not having the help needed from "Professionals" in their field . I get that employee may have been new but after the second time her having to seek out answers manager should have stepped in to assist.

Don’t finance a car with Capital One. They are thieves! They took 814.73 out of my account on a paid off car loan and refuse to give it back to me!!!

I've been a Capital One customer for over 20 yrs, since back when it was Hibernia. This branch is horrible. They refused to sign and notarize a federal tax form verifying my accounts because I had already signed it. Said I couldn't sign it again and I had a multitude of identification for proof of who I am. Told me to get a new form. The form was sent directly from IRS with ID numbers; there are no other forms. Horrible. I'm moving all my accounts, Wife's, kids, too.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been a customer for over 20 yrs, since back when it was Hibernia. Stagg drive miserable employees refused to sign and notarize a federal IRS form because I already signed it. Said I couldn’t sign it again, sign something else to prove my signature, or use my drivers license or passport as proof of who I am. Said I needed another form filled out. There is no other form; the one I have was sent directly from the IRS with preprinted identification code. I will be moving all 4 of my personal and business account, as well as my wife’s and kid’s. Horrible.

I came in to open a business account. I'm a very busy truck driver. She said I had to have an appointment an when could I come back in. I told the lady I don't live here and needed to I own account asap. She had no customers waiting. If she had someone there i could understand. But she was totally free and wouldn't help me. I see this branch has a very bad reviews and I see why.
