“I needed a rental car at a moments notice. They drove from Beaumont to bridge city to pick me up, gave me a car, were extremely polite and helpful in every aspect. I had to bring the car back and wait until I had a ride to pick me up. Their office was close to closing, but they allowed me to wait in the car I had already returned until my ride made it to the location so I wouldn’t have to wait in the cold. Top notch customer service in my book. This is how you get repeat customers. 5 STARS!!!”
