I was in a panic as I couldn't extend my reservation over the phone via the 1-800 number. So, I drove to the local retailer and Caleb was there. He was very helpful! He was able to extend my rental without charging me extra fees. Upon my return of the rental car to Ohio the representative there stated that Caleb billed me correctly and not all Avis representatives do this properly. Thanks again Caleb!
