I'm torn on this honestly, and I didn't feel this way until today. The employees are wonderful, this is not a bash against the workers there whatsoever because they are always amazing. I'm upset about the prices of certain items. I'm going to focus on the eggs in this review. About a week ago I saw that they had packs of 30 large eggs for roughly $8.50, but today they were marked up to $10.06 and their 60 count packs were $20.20. After adding that 10% those come out to $11.07 for the 30 pack and $22.22 for the 60 count. I went to Walmart to check their prices and they are selling 30 packs for $7.16 and $11.74 for the 60 packs. Just to make sure, I also went to HEB Plus to check their prices and sure enough, they were less. HEB was charging $7.88 for a 36 pack and $13 for the 60 pack.
It's a free and open market society and you can charge anything you want to legally but what you can't do, is lie to your customers. Cash Saver claims that they are charging COST + 10% and there's no way that they are paying $20 for a pack of 60 eggs. That is an outright lie.
It's tough to feed our families right now and eggs are the perfect "affordable" food. They have a wonderful balance of protein and fat. They are full of healthy vitamins and amino acids. When we can't afford anything else, eggs are a staple. There is no way that we can afford to pay DOUBLE what walmart is charging.
Get yourself a Sam's club membership. You can buy 72 pasture raised eggs for $19.92. If you see things overpriced at Cash Saver, DO NOT buy it. Do not allow them to get away with overcharging and scamming you out of your hard-earned money.

Cost + grocery store serving Lamar University and the South Park area of Beaumont, Texas. A much needed store to prevent a food desert. They closed the pharmacy here and there are no pharmacies around. A huge loss for Beaumont, Texas. This company needs to reopen this pharmacy. The city really needs this pharmacy to come back. This company lost many great customers when they closed.

This store is disgusting. Everytime I’ve gone inside it smells awful. Please tell me why the city of Beaumont would close down all the good grocery stores “in all the hoods” and replace it with bs stores that can’t sale not spoiled food to save they store. Then you add 10% on top of selling old food plus tax. So basically if you live in South Park with no transportation (mostly older or retired ppl) this is your only option. This is why Beaumont won’t ever get anywhere further. I see what’s going on.
