The supervisor Margret Marsh was very rude and disrespectful! I was told I couldn’t receive assistance because I didn’t have an income although I was actively look for work.

i have called twice, left a voicemail and emailed the Beaumont, Texas location to try and get in contact with their immigration services department but have not heard back.

Wonderful people unfortunately they have no funding at this time but they were great people very sweet kind and you can tell that it was a Christian establishment

The woman at the front desk named Claudia is very rude and unprofessional. I ask to speak to the supervisor multiple times, and she refused for me to speak to her. I pray Catholic Charities read this post!!!

Every time I've called to receive help I've been called back someone takes my information and tells me a caseworker will call me back. Now I've tried to get help several times and each time I've called which has been for two different things but years apart I've never gotten a call back or I have been denied assistance I have never received help. I have been in person as well and every time I ve been in person they tell me I need an appointment but every time I go in there is a Hispanic person that's sitting inside because they have an appointment and getting help . And but it seems to me they are prejudice because I have 3 other people who are African Americans that have told me that they have went for assistance and they never received help. I was told by one that she has been told she is on a waiting list but however she has been on that list since 2020 she has moved 3 times since. So what's really going on why are all they refusing to help me? Why am I being told someone will call me back and not one phone call is being received unless I call them and they call back asking may they help me and when I tell them the situation it's still the same thing I might get get denied or it depends on what county the case worker is working in there is not a guarantee I'll get help etc. I've never been in this situation but I lost alot and I'm behind and all I need is a little help. But they refrain from doing so

I just arrived from Massachusetts I ask for a deposit for a house I was willing to pay them back as soon as I get a Job only been here for a week and even telling her that she denied me the help. I don't believe they are Christians at all because went you have God in your heart you help people with out any condition thats what are teacher Jesus teaches us went he came to earth. So i Hope they get what they deserve. Because you will get what you give. Nothing more to say.... ?
