I’m not from Beaumont. I stopped in to get some FR clothing. Nobody said hello. Nobody greeted me. Nobody offered to help me. The young man walked around and never said a word to me. When I tried to leave with the stuff that I bought, the two young men worked up speaking to the woman at the cash register. They didn’t even offer to move until I said excuse me I know it’s all on camera so I know it can be seen. Customer service

They have a huge selection and plenty of options but they only had 2 pairs of jeans in my size and only 1 of them were the color I wanted. They had a great deal on wrangler jeans which is what I was wanting. But the selection is mainly slim fit or slim boot cut. The relaxed boot fit only had a small area with 50 pairs of jeans and none in my size. Luckily the guy found the 2 pairs I bought in the back.

Be careful on their property! Their surveillance cameras are pathetic and the information they do have they refuse to release if anything happens on their property. They’ll protect the criminal that runs over your vehicle and you will be screwed just like I was. Never again will cavendars get a penny of my money.

I will never step foot in a cavendars again. be careful! they will not take care of their customers if anything happens in their parking lot. they will protect the criminal and keep information in order to screw you over. their surveillance cameras suck and the information they do have will not be released. the management acted like I was wasting her time by trying to handle the situation. go anywhere else....anywhere!.

Huge selection of country wear and boots. Clean store, but every rack is overstuffed, so if you pick up an item it's hard to put back on. It makes looking through selections hard. Even though inventory was massive, the children boots were slim pickins. We found much bigger better selection across the road at boot barn.We were asked several times if we needed help so that is a plus.My son was looking for carhartt pants, and although they have massive inventory, there was nothing but blue jeans for men's bottoms, so that was a negative.Definitely will check them out again my daughter found several items she wanted.
